The chairman of the Senate Finance Committee wants levies on insurers to pay for ObamaCare and fines for families who don't sign up. We can cut costs and expand coverage without sacrificing freedom. Read article
Could The Feds Seize The Internet?
By INVESTOR'S BUSINESS DAILY
A Senate bill lets the president "declare a cybersecurity emergency" relating to "nongovernmental" computer networks and do what's needed to respond to the threat. Didn't they just collect our e-mail addresses?
We wish this was just a piece of the fictional "Dr. Strangelove" that fell to the cutting-room floor, but it's not. It is a real piece of disturbingly vague legislation sponsored by Sens. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va., Bill Nelson, D-Fla., and Olympia Snowe, R-Maine. Read article

Hollywood and the entertainment industry in general are largely represented by politically far to the left, outspoken, under-informed, ideological narcissists. You know many on the long list which include the likes of Sean Penn, Janeane Garofalo, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, Danny Glover, George Clooney, Warren Beatty, Susan Sarandon, and Tim Robbins. Liberal anti-American and anti-military rants are the accepted norm (in addition to DUI’s, multiple drug rehab stints, limitless aberrant behavior, violence, endless sexual escapades,etc.). Those who dare speak out against this monolith of morons risk being attacked relentlessly by their “peers” and blackballed, severely jeopardizing their careers and therefore their livelihoods. It is heartening to know that there have been more than a few undaunted A-list celebrities over the years who have been quite vocal in their support of conservative ideals such as Charlton Heston, Chuck Norris, Dennis Hopper and Jon Voigt. For a more extensive list, read Conservative Hollywood Celebrities.
At the recent Republican Senate-House Fundraising Dinner, Jon Voigt delivered a coherent, well thought out ten minute speech precisely detailing his concerns regarding Obama’s doomed to fail policies, his deceptions, arrogance, naiveté and the dangers that these present to America as well as Israel.
See the video of this speech below.
