Gay California Judge’s Ruling Based On His Bias Illustrates The Pernicious Nature of Judicial Activism
This reference to California Proposition 8 which was overturned by a gay judge, exposes the pernicious nature of judicial activism. One biased judge can disregard and negate the will and votes of millions and ignore the Constitution.
Such adjudication does not belong in a democracy otherwise the democracy can no longer exist.
