On the O'Reilly Factor TV show, Dennis Miller was asked his thoughts regarding the media's response to Obama's numerous flip flops. Miller said the media will report whatever Obama does in a positive light.
We patriots are well aware of the liberal media's love affair with Obama. And yet, for some reason, the reality of Miller's comment hit me hard right between the eyes. I thought, "Oh my gosh. This is not funny. Our country is in serious trouble."
Not only must we defeat the Obama administration, we must take on and defeat the liberal mainstream media as well; take on the two powerful well-funded entities committed to the fundamental transformation of America. Lord, help us!
Patriots, we can, will and must defeat this two headed evil Goliath. Despite the left's shock and awe public relations slanderous attacks on the tea party and our candidates, we took the House of Representatives. Thus proving, they can be beaten!
I am so sick of advisors cautioning us conservatives to walk on eggshells when dealing with the liberal media. It has even been suggested that we stop using the term "tea party" due to the negative image created by the media.
Patriots, even if we change our name to the "Happy Go Lucky Nice People Movement," we will still be targeted for destruction by the media. What part of they hate us and want us to fail do our advisors not understand? The liberal media is going to put a negative spin on whatever we say.
Now, am I advocating saying stupid provocative things? Of course not. I am advocating fearlessly and aggressively attacking Obama's horrific record. Call out the liberal media on their biased reporting. Stop allowing the Democrats and their media minions to set the rules of engagement. Patriots, the stakes are far too high to wimp out foolishly seeking approval from those actively pursuing our total destruction.
Again, I say, what do we have to lose by confronting the democrats and the liberal media? They are going to trash us regardless.
Yes, they will call you a racist. I say this in love: "Get over it." Throughout U.S. history many have suffered far greater and paid the ultimate sacrifice. Why? Because America is worth it.

I know I am on the right side. So, why should I care what evil stupid people say or think of me? But most of all, my strength and peace comes through knowing God is with us and America is worth it.

Why do you think Trump and Palin are doing so well in the polls? Both are boldly and unapologetically takin' it to Obama and are not kowtowing to the liberal media. Patriots are frustrated with Republicans pandering and trying to "play nice" with a Democratic Party and liberal media who are relentlessly and viciously attempting to kill us politically. The Democrats and the liberal media take no prisoners.
Rush Limbaugh says the Democrats and liberal media will tell you who they fear most by the intensity of their attacks. Who have been numbers one, two, and three on the Democrats' and liberal media's list? Answer: Donald Trump, Sarah Palin, and the Tea Party. Brothers and sisters, we can beat them!
How do we defeat them? In addition to ceasing to fear Obama and his liberal media co-conspirators, we must continue doing what we have been doing. Patriots must continue following their passion and using their gifts and talents wherever needed in our extraordinary divinely inspired Tea Party Movement.
We are blessed with great minds on our side; patriots are writing books, organizing and conceiving various strategies to take back our country.
While some lament that we lack a central leadership organization or charismatic leader, I am grateful for all of our numerous patriot groups and committed individuals. Each is driven to politically defeat Obama in its own way. Their spirit is the tea party.
Just as God's grace guided David's stone to topple Goliath, our stone of truth, honor, and freedom will hit its mark and bring down the two headed evil Goliath of the liberal media and the Obama regime in 2012.
The following article is a well-written and vehement indictment of the passivity of the silent majority and the incomprehensible acceptance by individuals and certain ethnic groups of the political correctness run amok, egregious or corrupt behavior and associations by politicians, etc. Too many have become complacent, silent and feckless. They are afraid to take a stance, whether public or not, against the de facto abrogation of our rights.

We live in an age of public cowardice. That goes for millions of Americans and Europeans, even in the face of simple PC witch-hunts that don't end up burning or jailing people, but only try to destroy reputations and careers. Human beings have stood up to a lot worse than Political Correctness. But we can't seem to rouse ourselves to oppose it. The liberal bullies keep winning, because most of us just look the other way.
Decent people constantly get bashed and bullied by those coneheads at CNN, truly ignorant show-biz airheads, who take it upon themselves to dictate what we, a free people, are allowed to do and say in public. But our constitutional rights of free speech and assembly mean nothing if we do not exercise them. Silence means consent.
This is hugely embarrassing. Where is our self-respect? When did we lose our guts? Why did we cede the moral high ground to bullies and moral throwbacks from the ancient desert? Who made up those rules? I didn't. Did you?
Today we feel guilty about imaginary sins ginned up by the lowlifes at the New York Times and the Washington Post. This is Winston Churchill turned upside-down: Never have so many surrendered so much to so few. Can you really imagine apologizing to the likes of Al Sharpton and Bill Clinton, or to Obama, for the decisions you have made in your life? But that is exactly what we are doing as a people. Michael Barone, the most distinguished political scientist among the political pundits, has labeled this "Gangster Government."
Mr. Obama just went to visit Al Sharpton, right after announcing his new election campaign. Does that give you faith in his moral sensitivity? Or does it just add more evidence to the same story we know so well? And in that case, how could you possibly support Obama or his party?
Internationally things are even worse. We kowtow to an endless freak-show of depraved clowns at the UN and in foreign capitals. Madman Gaddafi goes around parading with a personal body guard of thirty official virgins bearing Kalashnikovs, an internationally famous cross-dressing exhibitionist who has exploded a civilian aircraft over Scotland and had a police woman in London killed by rifle fire. Gaddafi is known to be a madman by all the Arab world. The things he has done to his people are too awful for words. Yet the UN Human Rights Commission now has Muammar Gaddafi, the genocidal Sudan, and Ahmadinejad as full voting members -- and the liberal media are afraid to say how utterly insane that is.
In a healthy society, people who defend the indefensible have their reputations ruined for life. If we defrock and jail abusive priests, well, let's also do that to power-mad, abusive celebrities and political demagogues. Whoopi Goldberg, of all people, defended a criminal warrant-escaping Oscar-winning child rapist with the immortal words, "It wasn't really ‘rape-rape.'"
Well, Whoopi-Whoopi, I'm going to turn your flick-flicks ‘off-off' forever. I challenge anybody reading this to do the ‘same-same.' If enough of us refuse to pay a penny to companies that own and pull the strings on the depraved idols of the culture, their jobs will be ‘gone-gone.' Why can't the normal and decent people of this country get it together? That's the easy part. Don't just sit there, do it.
The Camerons and Merkels and Sarkozys had their bluff called by Libya just this week, and they've crumpled again. After calling for Libya to overthrow that tyrannical freak they can't find the jet planes to keep the pressure on. This is utterly disgusting. Civilized nations hold those who aid and abet criminal actions responsible under the law. Aiding and abetting the enemies of civilization is much worse than mere tax evasion, which the Democratic Party apparently practices as a routine business precaution.
The abhorrence we feel for this level of moral depravity has not changed one little bit since the Nazis. Just because it takes place in Europe or the Middle East does not mean that we should support bloody totalitarians. Your local college campus has been doing exactly that since the 1960s, and we, as a people, have never raised a word of protest, because, after all, there should be academic freedom on campus. That is why the totalitarians of the Left now controls speech on your schools and colleges. Yes, the neo-Stalinist left is doing it --- but we are all submitting to their malevolence without protest. That makes us less than heroic, to say the least.
The United Nations engages in twisted demagogy every single day, and everybody who reads the news headlines, even filtered through the moral midgets of the media, knows that perfectly. This is how one-party Machines operate: Da Mare is as corrupt as the day is long, but nobody can fight City Hall.
Well, that's how oppressed peoples have to act in a brutal tyranny. But in a democracy, people like us take back power at the polls -- if -- and only if -- they can to face the truth. If we do not act, it's because we lack the simple moral fiber our parents and grandparents had. It's not hard and dangerous for us to act. All it takes is concerted action by all the people who are ashamed and embarrassed by the moral depravity of our political leadership. We can stop paying corrupt corporations that control morally depraved celebrities. We can stop paying advertisers who collude with the corrupt and mendacious media. We can start telling them exactly what we think about them. You have free speech. Nobody has beaten you up or thrown you in jail, the way they do in other places. You have freedom, but if you do not exercise it you might as well be living in the gruesome little tyranny of Myanmar.
Our general gutlessness is even more deplorable for those who know the past so well, including American Jews, who can see Israel being more and more surrounded by morally backward reactionaries armed with rockets and missiles (and nukes in another year). We are doing nothing, while America and Israel, and decent Europeans wherever they still exist, are being slandered and scapegoated. No wonder they think they are winning.
Saddam Hussein, Kaddafi, Ahmadinejad, every sleazy little upstart generalissimo in the world gets to spit in the face of the two most decent nations in the world: America and Israel. Why is that? Where is our self-respect? Why do the worst abusers get endless chances to rip the most decent and peaceful people in the world? And our media morons collude with them?
The Democrats command the loyalty of most American Jews. But the Democrats have been penetrated by those who hate tolerance, democracy, and respect for sovereign nations. The Left has played American Jews for suckers. Obama is no exception -- he is supported by an inner circle of ideological fanatics some of whom were born into Jewish families, but somehow never got the point of civilized behavior. Part of that point is: It doesn't matter who you are. It matters how you act. If you collude with evil, you are a criminal in your heart, and perhaps in fact. Civilized nations repudiate criminals no matter who they are.
Israel just convicted its ex-President Katzav of the crime of rape. That crime is not something to feel proud about, but the prosecution is. Few countries in the world can act with that kind of moral seriousness and consistency. The United States used to be one of them. Today I wonder if we still have the simple integrity to administer equal justice for all. If the Left keeps winning, we will lose whatever moral integrity we have left, because arbitrary power goes with arbitrary corruption. We see it every day in Washington, D.C.
Jews are among the most abused peoples in history -- not the only ones, but abused badly enough to remember what it's like. Jews should therefore be the most alert to the rise of hate preachers, the kind of thing that the MEMRI website translates into English every day. In a decent world the New York Times would simply take a running RSS feed from the MEMRI website. It would easily triple their accuracy score. The NYT could restore its reputation for honesty and integrity in a single instant, and even rescue its crumbling business model. Obviously they are far too corrupt and morally blind to do anything like that.
I don't personally like the idea of burning books. It goes against my grain. But I would symbolically burn Hitler's Mein Kampf and the works of Jozef Stalin, and so many other books that are brainwashing ignorant people today -- symbolically only, to demonstrate contempt for the worst evils human beings are capable of. That seems to me to be a moral act, in a world where PR stunts govern the headlines every day. If the Left burns the American Flag and tears up the US Constitution, perhaps there is a role for symbolically demonstrating the moral depravity of the Left and Islamic fascism. Killing an innocent human being is infinitely worse than barbecuing a call to genocide and persecution.
A small minority of Americans and Europeans, Christian and Jews and non-religious, have long been aware of the rise of neo-fascism from the Left and Islamic reactionaries. But the majority are sound asleep, in psychological denial, or just afraid to speak up: Like lambs to the slaughter. It is a dreadful thing to behold.
Conservatives keep asking why Jews vote for the Left. Part of the answer seems to be that Jews get suckered by utopian promises. If only we elect a clean-looking black Democrat from the Chicago Machine to the American presidency, all the problems of the Middle East will be solved! Jews may yearn for peace because they have felt the ravages of war and persecution. They may easily be taken in by false hopes that all it will take is a little bit of compromise, a little peace talk, for everything to turn out all right in the Middle East.
But there is no excuse for willing stupidity. I don't care how good your intentions are, if you do not have the courage to open your eyes you are colluding with evil.
Even before Obama, Israel was the only nation in the world directly threatened by nuclear proliferation to mad regimes -- covered up by UN criminocrat Mohammed El Baradei, who naturally received a Nobel Prize for his collusion with the nuclear maniacs in Tehran. Just a few days ago El Baradei came out of the closet by calling for Egypt to go to war against Israel if it defends itself against rocket barrages from Gaza. It's part of his election campaign in Egypt, believe it or not. Was anybody surprised? If you were, you haven't been paying attention. Ignorance of the law is no excuse, and ignorance of malignant evil is much, much worse.
Has anybody noticed these facts at the New York Times, where Baradei was butt-kissed while he was peddling lies about Iranian nukes? Is anybody over there waking up? I don't see it.
Ahmadinejad is celebrating a nuclear Armageddon to come, and the Left is getting panicked by the American Tea Party.
Please. It is beyond belief.
The New York Times covered up the worst crimes of Hitler and Stalin when its correspondents knew exactly what was going on there. Those facts are known beyond reasonable doubt. Today the NYT-wits are covering up Iranian nukes and the spread of Islamic fascism, when they again know exactly what is going on. At some point collusion becomes a crime. Media collusion is what keeps corrupt political machines alive. It follows that the corporate owners and executives of media companies must be held morally liable for the malfeasance they cover up. They do not deserve to make millions by spreading toxic lies. If they engage in systematic libel they should be held to the same standards that ordinary people are. In many countries deliberate libel that does material harm to innocent people is a civil offense.
Turkey is now run by the Muslim Brotherhood, and pro-democratic Turks have been purged from the police and the armed forces. Egypt is going the same way, after Obama brutally pushed Mubarak out of power. The totalitarian Left is treacherously spreading slanders, like the Goldstone Report, about Israel -- the same slanders it propagated about the United States in the case of Abu Graib (where the goofball perps were already arrested and headed for trial when the media got the photos, and used Abu Graib to bash George W. Bush for five years).
You can't read about the Left over the past two centuries without knowing they are murderous enemies to civilized life anywhere in the world. That is why they keep making friends among the worst totalitarians -- the ones that tyrannize women and kill children, the ones that promote suicide bombing of innocent civilians by the thousands. The totalitarian Left worked hand in hand with the Nazis, and today they are doing the same with reactionary throwbacks in Tehran, Cairo, and Jeddah. Don't take my word for it. Just watch them do it. It's not a secret. They don't even bother to keep it secret.
If your eyes are already open, talk to everybody you know. Don't be intimidated. You live in a free country, and you are keeping it free by exercising your rights.
Two years into Obama's term the Middle East is falling apart. The Saudis are running scared, because Obama just delights in destroying all the unstable Arab regimes -- and the Saudis are none too stable themselves. Even medieval Saudi Arabia thinks America is run by un homme aliene, as Sarkozy called him. Iran is sending modern warships into the Mediterranean. Russia has a new naval base in Syria, and Assad has a second nuclear plant that's just been uncovered.
Meanwhile Obama is running for reelection, and I'll bet that a majority of brain-dead liberals will vote for him again. Obama has made nice with the most dangerous tyrants in Iran and North Korea, and now he is doing the most amazing thing any American president has ever done: He is deliberately pushing unstable allies into collapse.
Rumor has it that even Hillary is ready to leave. I wonder if she has the guts to tell the truth? If so, I might even vote for her. My standard is now truth-telling: Donald Trump, Sarah Palin, Hillary, I don't care. We are suffering from toxic lies, and a refreshing breath of truth reminds us that truth exists.
Ordinary Americans have allowed one of our political parties to be taken over by the totalitarian Left -- the people who instantly try to control your free speech, because they know that if you can be made to shut up about politics you can be rendered helpless. That is why there are speech codes on American campuses and in our news rooms. Speech codes are inherently totalitarian. The Left has totalitarian swings. Since the "Berkeley Free Speech Movement" of the 60s the Left has slammed the free speech door shut. We now have Forbidden Speech from the Left. That is why they are attacking the free web through the lie of "net neutrality."
We live in an age of corruption, and an age of cowardice among free peoples.
But the silence of American Jews on the fate of Israel is the most ominous reality today.
Rep Peter King (R-NY) will soon hold hearings on the radicalization of Muslims in hopes of finding root causes which can then possibly lead to effective means of preventing this problem in order to be able to better protect Americans. Unfortunately up to this juncture, "we" have overindulged and been accepting of the egregious terrorist acts of Muslims, the vocal and tacit community support and lack of outrage from within the Muslim community.
The Koran is explicitly intolerant of non-believers and countenances violence, murder, subjugation and misogyny. Jews are the primary targets but so are Christians, Buddhists and others.
Muslims do not make good neighbors and don't assimilate in many communities. This tenet is exemplified worldwide – in America, Europe, the Mideast and even in Asia. Several European leaders have come to this realization and have voiced their concerns quite vociferously. These immigrants are attempting to transform their “adopted” countries into part of a global caliphate and are exploiting the freedoms inherent in democracies ironically to accomplish their goals. At the same time, they are financially draining the systems by obtaining a gamut of financial aid.
Unfortunately, though tens of millions of Americans are fully cognizant of what is transpiring, Obama, his Administration and a majority of Congressional Democrats completely deny a problem and often go to bat for a multitude of Muslim groups that serve as fronts for the more radical elements in the Muslim community.
We must all stand with Rep. King and support his actions on this issue.

How many more Americans must be threatened and murdered by Moslems yelling Allahu Akbar before the political establishment acknowledges there is a profound threat to Americans coming from within the Moslem community that must be investigated? When will a rotunda's worth of Senators and Congressmen begin asking the Moslem community to root out these dark elements and vigorously help law enforcement stop what are becoming all too frequent attacks against American citizens?
Just last week, in Germany, two more American servicemen were murdered, just as earlier thirteen people were murdered by Nidal Hassan at Fort Hood. This comes after an "angry" Moslem killed one and maimed five in Seattle, not to mention the foiled plots in Times Square, North Carolina, New Jersey, Texas, and the Christmas Day flight to Detroit.
This week, one Congressman, Peter King (R-NY), will be doing just that, and many American Islamic organizations are doing whatever they can to derail the hearings whose very purpose is to protect the American people.
Imam Rauf, who is behind building the mosque near the site of the 9/11 victims, and Imam Shamsi Ali of the 96th Street Mosque, held a protest in Times Square this Sunday, March 6, against Peter King and the hearings he's holding beginning this Wednesday. Together with CAIR, they are claiming "bigotry" and casting the Moslem community as "victims of a witch hunt." But Peter King is no bigot, rather the courageous chair of the Congressional Homeland Security Committee who simply wants to find out who and where are the dangerous Islamists planning attacks within America, and is asking the Moslem community to be more forthcoming in assisting law enforcement. Protecting American lives is the first obligation of our elected officials and King says he's "tired of the political correctness that has for too long been standing in the way of our government fulfilling its Constitutional duty to the people." Furthermore, it is not an investigation of the Moslem community but of the radicals within that community.
The truth is America's Moslem community is not a victim. Rather, it is we, the American people who are being shot, threatened and victimized. Despite all the attacks that have taken place in the name of Islam against the American people, there has been no measurable retaliation against Moslem schools, businesses or individuals. Indeed, in its latest report the ADL announced that American Jews have been attacked more than any other group, and a good portion of these attacks have come from members of the American Moslem community, as was the case at the Seattle Jewish Federation(10/6/06); at the El Al counter at LAX(7/4/2002); the throat slitting of a young Jewish man in Houston by a Saudi student(8/6/03); the bomb plot against Riverdale, N.Y. synagogues(May, 2009); and chants in Ft. Lauderdale by Moslem demonstrators screaming "Hitler didn't finish the job"(12/30/2008).
I'm often asked by reporters how I and fellow Jews would feel if hearings were being held about members of our community. One thing is for sure. If the Jewish community had hundreds or thousands within its community planning attacks against fellow Americans, and doing those attacks in the name of Judaism, just about every Jew and Jewish organization would be "outing" them immediately, ridding ourselves of these imposters of the faith, helping law enforcement in every way possible, and firing any teachers in our schools or synagogues who preached terrorism against fellow Americans or spoke of replacing our Constitution.
I know of no other community that has as many organizations warning their people not to cooperate with law enforcement as is found in today's Moslem community, and it seems that's exactly why these hearings have become necessary and are long overdue. In fact, Congressman King has said that he's "been frustrated over the lack of tangible cooperation from Moslem organizations with Homeland Security". It is they who have brought this upon themselves. Congressman King has no choice.
It is, also, the moral thing to do; for there is nothing more obligatory than doing what must be done to protect innocent life. Rabbi Marc Schneier, who is a long-time ally of Imam Rauf and party to the incessant grievance-machine coming from Moslem organizations, spoke Sunday of "not targeting a religious community." But Congressman King is not denying them religious rights, rather hoping they display good citizenship. Isn't it high time the majority of Moslems did the religious thing and began showing concern for the lives of others, instead of trying to stop elected officials from protecting innocent Americans? Isn't it time that instead of being fixated always on the honor and sensitivity of the Moslem community and accusing us of racism and Islamophobia, the majority of Moslems do the heroic thing expected of religious people, as well as good neighbors, and declare jihad against the jihadists, the radicals, and the imams preaching the hateful and supremacist teachings fueling the Allahu Akbars against non-Moslems? Or are their leaders promoting a religion so inner-directed and bifurcating of life, that what it demands for itself, it is unwilling to give to others?
If Rabbi Schneier of the trendy Hampton Synagogue had done his homework, he would have known that in our religious tradition the protection of life and body is more important than feigned "sensitivity." But perhaps he was all caught up in the rally's slogan: "Today, I am A Moslem." Clergymen have an obligation to uphold the fundamentals of the Bible, protecting innocent life and rooting out evil, instead of subordinating to political correctness. For that, we already have college professors. Life, according to our serious religious tradition, is more important than "sensitivity."
Schneier asks that we "do the honorable thing and care about people from other groups." How long will Americans be asked, yet again, to do penance and prove their goodness by denying their own needs and rights, while others are never asked to show honor towards us?
The repeated assertion by the Rabbi and Imams, and President Obama, that the never-ending destruction by Islamists against us "has nothing to do with Islam" perpetuates the danger, since it exonerates the Moslem community from embarking on the soul-searching and introspection necessary to bring about change and moderation in the community and dissipates any public pressure on them to root out the extremists in their midst or cooperate more fully with law enforcement. Why should they, when we keep telling them that the killings done in the name of Islam have nothing to do with Islam.
Down the block, many on Sunday counter-protested the Imams' and Rabbi's rally, asserting: "Today, I am not a Moslem, nor was I yesterday, nor will I be one tomorrow. I am Jewish, I am Christian, and intend to remain so." Others spoke of being proud of being American and believe multiculturalism has gone too far when people like Imam Rauf openly suggest some type of new arrangement between the Koran and the Constitution, one which will deprive us of full rights by altering the historic Constitution to fit with the values and needs of Moslems. There is nothing either moderate or American in a group coming to America and its leaders demanding the country "slightly" change its Constitution, resulting in a nation partially losing what has been its sacred heritage and civil rule book.
The Imams and Rabbi Schneier are trying to frame this as a civil rights issue and many of their leftwing backers intone We Shall Overcome. However, unlike the blacks of yesteryear, every Moslem citizen in this country is allowed to vote, and is free to purchase a home, go to college and find a job. They are not denied civil rights. It is we who are being denied our fundamental civil right to safety and protection by those wishing to block these hearings.
Indeed, the country has bent over backwards, to its own peril, trying to be sensitive to Moslem concerns. Nidal Hassan, who killed fourteen at Fort Hood and impaired 30 others, plus their families, was not stopped along his route to destruction precisely because he was a Moslem and no one wanted to be accused of profiling a Moslem. A non-Moslem expressing to friends and superiors the dangerous desires he did, would have been stopped way earlier. In the name of being sensitive to Islamic honor, Americans died. It's enough already!
In the name of sensitivity, millions of innocent Americans are unnecessarily, and daily, humiliated at airports as if potential terrorists, while women wearing burkhas are given far less dress-down. Evidently, Jewish and Christian humiliation is negligible, acceptable. Truth be told, the Moslem activists such as Rauf and CAIR and its rabbinic defenders should stop their never ending grievances and indictments against the American people, since it appears that Moslems are given greater consideration and latitude than the rest of us. But they won't. Many are concocting accusations and using American slogans to pave the way toward Islamization.
It's time more of our elected officials began openly talking about the threatening Islamization plans unfolding in our country. If they do, I'm confident We Shall Overcome.
In an insidious and cynical fashion, liberals/Progressives and many in the news media are trying to effect changes in our speech in order to subliminally influence our ideologies, beliefs and political views. We see that with the Obama Administration’s avoidance of terms such as “Islamic terrorism”, “illegal aliens” or “global war on terror”, replacing them with "ideologically motivated violent crime “, “undocumented immigrants” and “overseas contingency operation”, respectively.
This neutralization and homogenization of the precise descriptive terms of what these are suppose to describe is disingenuous, dishonest, and arrogant. It may also have some slight effect on our ability to deal with the specific problems which seems to be the underlying motivation of Obama, the Left and the news media. Their scheming is directed at deconstructing the America that we know and knew and replacing it with their radical, perverted view instead.
The respected Sen. Joe Lieberman has vehemently criticized the Obama Administration’s efforts to downplay Islamic extremism as a cause of terrorism. In a letter to the White House, he asserted that "the failure to identify our enemy for what it is -- violent Islamist extremism -- is offensive and contradicts thousands of years of accepted military and intelligence doctrine to 'know your enemy.'"
We must all be wary of these “word police” who will try to sway us and even more dangerously, our impressionable young who are the future of this country. They must be vociferously opposed and thwarted at every opportunity.

The noteworthy incidents of speech, writing or thought that have met with publicized censure, humiliation or termination of employment because they transgressed some arbitrarily determined political correctness continues unabated. This has in effect resulted in a contraction of our rights of freedom of speech as guaranteed by the Constitution.
Unfortunately, it only seems to work in one direction and that is ideologically determined. Progressives and liberals get free passes on virtually all that they say (Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Michael Moore, etc.) but the converse doesn’t hold true. Much of this asymmetry can be attributed to a news media that is overwhelmingly far left and intolerant of conservative and even moderate positions.
The following case is just one more example of this absurdity.
State Legislative Staffer Suspended Over ‘Non-Racist’, Anti-Obama Chain Email
A Louisiana State Senate employee has reportedly been reprimanded and suspended without pay for sending an e-mail to hundreds of government workers with a picture that appeared to show President Barack Obama as a Caucasian. The email asked, “Do you like him any better now? No? Me neither. … Then you’re not a racist.”
Senate President Joel Chaisson announced the punishment Tuesday for Tammy Crain-Waldrop after a number of black lawmakers complained the email was offensive. “It is clear that the nature of the e-mail in question was highly inappropriate. Such actions will not be tolerated,” Chaisson, D-Destrehan, said in a statement that described Crain-Waldrop’s e-mail a violation of Senate personnel policy.
After she sent the e-mail, Crain-Waldrop immediately sent another message, apologizing for forwarding the message to the Capitol e-mail post office box by mistake.
The Associated Press reports that Crain-Waldrop can return to work Jan. 3 but for her punishment, she must send a written apology to Senate and House staffers and attend diversity training.
Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh assessed the story Wednesday during his broadcast, outlining Ms. Crain-Waldrop’s “real crimes.”
“Ms. Crain-Waldrop‘s real crimes were opposing Obama’s policy and, two, defending her opposition as nonracist. Now, of course such thinking can’t be allowed,” Limbaugh noted. “It’s hate speech to deny that you can oppose Obama and not be a racist.”
This parody of the 12 Days of Christmas is the politically correct (P.C.) version which mirrors the present day realities including what is taught in our schools. This out of control, nonsensical situation has evolved as a result of legal actions, threats and rhetoric by liberals and progressives. A very shrill and influential minority has thus imposed their intolerant views and mandates on a frustrated but vocally restrained majority.
We must all fight this hijacking of morals and certain cultural diversity.
Why are people and politicians in particular so fearful of being P.C.? Are they so afraid of the media and liberals that they don’t have the backbone to stand up for what they believe?
Furthermore, these politically correct “standards” are opinions only … and those borne of liberal ideology. They are not factual. It is only because the media is so far-left, still somewhat influential and shrill that “violations” of their diaphanous tenets garner high decibel effects.
Why can’t conservatives fight more vociferously for their convictions and not succumb to or be apologetic to liberal attacks? It is not a matter of being nice. Their yielding to political correctness just further weakens our social fabric, economic conditions and even national security.
This leads us to the “quandary” of Islam. Is it a religion of peace with only a few radicals who are giving the religion a cosmetic blemish as believed by and vocalized liberals including the news media, liberals and most Democratic politicians? Or, is it an inherently intolerant, brutal “religion” that subjugates and abuses women and non-believers and calls for wanton violence against and death to those who refuse to succumb to its authoritarian, restrictive and all encompassing tenets and mandates and rewards those who commit such heinous acts in the name of their religion? This is largely the position of conservatives and many independents.
We believe the latter is the absolute irrefutable truth as evidenced by the writings of the Koran, the actions of tens of thousands of terrorists, and the tacit and overt support of their actions and proclamations by tens of millions of Muslims worldwide.
If we want to protect America and our country from terrorist attacks and even thwart the slow and insidious loss of our rights and freedoms as a consequence of our being too politically correct in order to avoid offending Islamic “sensibilities” (quite an oxymoron), we must recognize this inherent violent and intolerant nature of Islam.
We also must be relentlessly intransigent in defending our position and acting accordingly.
Perfect Muslim Soldiers

Islamofascism: O'Reilly, Whoopi and Joy are all wrong. The 9/11 terrorists weren't "Muslim extremists" or just plain "Muslims." A liberal newspaper reporter says they were model Muslims.
More precisely, they were "perfect soldiers" for Allah, says Los Angeles Times national correspondent Terry McDermott.
He would know. After traveling to the hometowns of the Muslim hijackers and investigating their family backgrounds, McDermott discovered they were not heretics or even "extremists," but in fact good, pious Muslims.
And their families and communities encouraged them to join the never-ending Islamic holy war, or jihad, against us.
The lefties at NPR who fired analyst Juan Williams and the cackling hens on "The View" who walked out on his Fox colleague Bill O'Reilly would benefit enormously from reading his book, "Perfect Soldiers: The Hijackers: Who They Were, Why They Did It." It would open their PC-encrusted eyes to a truth that is already self-evident to most Americans.
The detail-rich book — which is endorsed by anti-war gadfly Seymour Hersh, no less — reveals that the 19 hijackers did not "hijack Islam," as conventional East Coast wisdom would have it. They weren't career criminals using the religion as an excuse to wantonly murder people. Nor were they misled into martyrdom by Osama bin Laden or other Svengali personalities.
On the contrary, they were deeply religious Muslims following the tenets of their faith, McDermott found. Most of them were from well-off families.
"Several were described as among the best boys — bright, respectful — in their towns," he reports in his book. "Many had gone to university," he adds. "Three had studied Islamic law." At least one, Ahmed al-Haznawi, had memorized the Quran, a sign of deep devotion much respected by Muslim elders. In fact, he earned the honorary religious title of "hafiz" at a young age.
McDermott describes how another hijacker, Wail al-Shehri left home to train for jihad in Afghanistan after a long period of recitation of Quranic verses. He had the approval of a local imam.
But he wasn't the only one who knew what they were planning. "Two-thirds of them told their families they were leaving to join the jihad," McDermott writes, adding that their families did not discourage them. "They went where they were called by their religion."
That's not the story we heard after 9/11. In media interviews, the parents of the hijackers expressed shock about the deeds of their sons. We must have the wrong men, they insisted. Their boys could never do such a thing. Jihad? What jihad?
Take Egyptian Mohamed el-Amir, father of 9/11 ringleader Mohamed Atta. Right after 9/11, he denied knowing anything about his son's activities. Then in 2005, after the London bombings, he confided to a CNN producer in his apartment in the upper-class Cairo suburb of Giza that his son had done a good thing and that the London suicide bombers were following in his footsteps. He said all this was just the start of a 50-year religious war, and that there would be many more fighters like his son.
El-Amir, a "skilled lawyer" by McDermott's account, declared that terror cells around the world were a "nuclear bomb that has now been activated and is ticking." He passionately vowed that he would do anything within his power to encourage more attacks.
Instead of mouthing tolerant-sounding platitudes and misleading their audiences about the true nature of the threat we still face, Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar and NPR's executives should educate themselves. They can start with McDermott's "Perfect Soldiers," which punctures the politically correct mythology surrounding 9/11.
