Obama Has Turned The Clock Back On Race Relations

The following trenchant editorial by the pre-eminent philosopher/ columnist/ economist Thomas Sowell bluntly states his assessment of Obama’s racial stance: there is nothing post-racial about him. This should come as no surprise to those who have followed his positions and commentary on racial issues during his Presidency.

For those who have researched his past, you would have discovered a very racist and arrogant individual who feels comfortable associating with and reveres some of the most anti-White, intolerant, anti-American blacks who fervently subscribe to Black Nationalism philosophies. The names are quite familiar: Rev. Jeremiah Wright (20 years listening to incendiary speeches), Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, Van Jones – to name but a few.

Those Obama voters who were unaware of his past and his associations were most probably deceived by his dissembling rhetoric. They expected someone who would transcend race and relegate racial issues to the past. Instead what they got was someone who is among the most racially polarizing Presidents this country has ever had. Compounding the Obama problem is that his deceptions are not limited to racial issues - they are ubiquitous and myriad in all areas.

Sowell concisely sums up Obama’s influence on race by stating that:

There is not now, nor has there ever been, anything post-racial about Barack Obama, except for the people who voted for him in the mistaken belief that he shared their desire to be post-racial. When he leaves office, especially if it is after one term, he will leave this country more racially polarized than before.

Nothing Post-Racial About Barack Obama
Thomas Sowell   07/20/2010

Credit card fraud is a serious problem. But race card fraud is an even bigger problem.

Playing the race card takes many forms. Judge Charles Pickering, a federal judge in Mississippi who defended the civil rights of blacks for years and defied the Ku Klux Klan back when that was dangerous, was depicted as a racist when he was nominated for a federal appellate judgeship.

No one even mistakenly thought he was a racist. The point was simply to discredit him for political reasons — and it worked.
This year's target is the Tea Party. When leading Democrats, led by a smirking Nancy Pelosi, made their triumphant walk on Capitol Hill, celebrating their passage of a bill in defiance of public opinion, Tea Party members on the scene protested.

All this was captured on camera and the scene was played on television. What was not captured on any of the cameras and other recording devices on the scene was anybody using racist language, as has been charged by those playing the race card.

When you realize how many media people were there, and how many ordinary citizens carry around recording devices of one sort or another, it is remarkable — indeed, unbelievable — that racist remarks were made and yet were not captured by anybody.
The latest attack on the Tea Party movement, by Ben Jealous of the NAACP, has once again played the race card. Like the proverbial lawyer who knows his case is weak, he shouts louder.

This is not the first time that an organization with an honorable and historic mission has eventually degenerated into a tawdry racket. But that an organization like the NAACP, after years of fighting against genuine racism, should now be playing the game of race card fraud is especially painful to see.

Some critics of the Tea Party have seized upon banners carried at one of its rallies that compared Obama with Hitler and Stalin. Extreme? Yes. But there was nothing racist about it, since extreme comparisons have been made about politicians of every race, color, creed, nationality, ideology and sexual preference.

Some Obama supporters have long regarded any criticism of him as racism. But that they should have to resort to such a banner to bolster their case shows how desperate they are for any evidence.

Among people who voted for Barack Obama in 2008, those who are likely to be most disappointed are those who thought they were voting for a new post-racial era. There was absolutely nothing in Obama's past to lead to any such expectation, and much to suggest the exact opposite. But the man's rhetoric and demeanor during the election campaign enabled this and many other illusions to flourish.

Still, it was an honest mistake of the kind that decent people have often made when dealing with people whose agendas are not constrained by decency, but only by what they think they can get away with.

On race, as on other issues, different people have radically different views of Barack Obama, depending on whether they judge him by what he says or by what he does. As Obama's own books point out, he has for years cultivated a talent for saying things that people will find congenial.

You want bipartisanship and an end to bickering in Washington? He will say that he wants bipartisanship and an end to bickering in Washington. Then he will shut Republicans out of the decision-making process and respond to their suggestions by reminding them that he won the election. A famous writer — Ring Lardner, I believe — once wrote: "'Shut up,' he explained."

You want a government that is open instead of secretive? He will say that. He will promise to post proposed legislation on the Internet long enough for everyone to read it and know what is in it before there is a vote. In practice, however, he has rushed massive bills through Congress too fast for anybody — even the members of Congress — to know what was in those bills.

Racial issues are more of the same. You want a government where all citizens are treated alike, regardless of race or ethnicity? Obama will say that. Then he will advocate appointing judges with "empathy" for particular segments of the population, such as racial minorities. "Empathy" is just a pretty word for the ugly reality of bias.

Obama's first nomination of a Supreme Court justice was a classic example of someone with "empathy" for some racial groups, but not others. As a Circuit Court judge, Sonia Sotomayor voted to dismiss a case involving white firefighters who had been denied the promotions for which they qualified, because not enough blacks or Hispanics passed the same test that they did.

A fellow Hispanic judge protested the way the white firefighters' case was dismissed, rather than adjudicated. The Supreme Court not only took the case, but also ruled in favor of the firefighters.

Obama's injecting himself into a local police matter in Massachusetts, despite admitting he didn't know the facts, to say a white policeman was in the wrong in arresting a black professor who was a friend of Obama, was more of the same. So is Obama's Justice Department overlooking blatant voter intimidation by thugs who happen to be black.

There is not now, nor has there ever been, anything post-racial about Barack Obama, except for the people who voted for him in the mistaken belief that he shared their desire to be post-racial. When he leaves office, especially if it is after one term, he will leave this country more racially polarized than before.

Hopefully, he may also leave the voters wiser, though sadder, after they learn from painful experience that you can't judge politicians by their rhetoric, or ignore their past because of your hopes for the future. Voters may even wise up to race card fraud.

A Tired Act From A Racist Organization

A few examples of demagogic racist groups and individuals who glibly but falsely claim racism when they want special treatment or don't like unrelated circumstances. Except for the Black Panthers, they are also sought out by the media as spokespersons and experts for an entire race:

NAACP

Congressional Black Caucus

The New Black Panther Party

Jesse Jackson, Louis Farrakhan, Al Sharpton, Eric Holder, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Van Jones, Jay-Z

University Depts. of Black Studies - akin to Mosques with Imams preaching hatred. (See Professor Henry Jones of Obama/Cambridge Police Dept. fame)

The TEA Parties are comprised of normal everyday people of all persuasions and ethnic backgrounds who just want their freedoms, rights and government back.

Obama’s Website Featured The New Black Panther Party: Birds of a Feather

The following explosive video exposes and explores the issue of Obama’s Presidential campaign allowing a prominent presence on his web site of the New Black Panthers Party. This was not an accidental coincidence or oversight by the Obama team which ran a very precise and carefully orchestrated campaign. You don’t publicize or honor a person or a group to such an extent if you strongly disagree with them or find them repugnant. This was the featuring of a group that is ideologically similar to Obama.

And we have seen what that ideology is over the last 18 months. Viciously and vehemently:

Anti-American.

Anti-White.

Anti-Capitalism.

Anti-Establishment.

Anti-Semitic. Anti-Christian.

But strongly narcissistic, hedonistic, pro-Islamic and racist (as in black nationalism as in Rev. Wright, Louis Farrakhan and Van Jones, et al.)

This is what is occupying the White House at present ... and why he needs to be removed.

Just Telling It Like It Is

The Dept. of Justice, which should be protecting the rights of all Americans and the Constitutionally enumerated equality of all (Fourteenth Amendment), apparently is not fulfilling its mandate. Under Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder, a racist bias has suffused the agency. Their ideology is that some people - blacks in particular and Democratically voting Hispanics - are "more equal" than others, specifically Whites. Some of this also stems from Obama's 20 years attending the vitriolic, racist rants of Rev. Wright in church where he preached black nationalism and supremacy. (Then again, Obama "claimed" to have heard nothing controversial. And Bill Clinton "didn't inhale" or "have sex with that woman".)

This sanctioned and enforced racism of blacks over whites is something that all Americans need to be aware of and react and respond to aggressively. If not, our rights will continue to progressively erode and we will find ourselves in a racially very hostile country that may be balkanized.

Obama’s Unprecedented Arrogance and Racism

In the following editorial, David Limbaugh details the unprecedented level of arrogance and condescension spewing from members of the Obama Administration. Their demeanor is one of a ruling elite in an autocracy rather than of a representative government serving at the pleasure of the public.

Then add to this unabashed racism of black on white and unequal justice and what results is a noxious mixture that will be destructive to our country.

Unprecedented Arrogance
David Limbaugh  7/2/2010

The Obama administration grows more arrogant, cavalier and fundamentally dishonest every day. Just in the past few days, we've seen a number of troubling examples. Frankly, sometimes it's hard to keep up.

In a speech in Wisconsin, Obama was bragging about how wonderful the terrible economy is. You'll recall that during both of President George W. Bush's terms, Democrats, including Obama, castigated him for destroying the economy, despite the existence of empirically verifiable robust growth during some seven of those eight years.

Now that Obama has been in office for a year and a half and his economy is failing by all objective measures, he and his Democrats demand, once again, that we ignore the empirical evidence in front of our faces and bow down to them in reverent gratitude for ensuring that things are not worse than they are.

Everyone knows Obama promised -- he was hardly tentative about his prediction -- that if the nation followed him over the cliff with his harebrained "stimulus" scheme, unemployment would not exceed 8 percent. When unemployment soared above 10 percent, he insisted we be patient to allow his plan to work. Now that it stubbornly remains in the high 9s, he tells us that if he hadn't implemented his stimulus bill, the economy would be much worse (12 or 13 or 15 percent), so we not only are forbidden from criticizing him for this disaster but also must genuflect because only three of the four wheels of the economy are teetering over the edge of the cliff.

He said, "There may be some roads that not only were repaired but also were ... linked up to create a new industrial park that would facilitate long-term economic development beyond this immediate crisis."

Can you imagine the reaction of the liberal media had a Republican president uttered such gibberish? There "may be some roads"? How's that for a non-statement? That were linked up to a new industrial park to facilitate long-term growth? How about some facts here, Mr. Intellectual? Then again, how can you blame him for citing nebulous "facts" and failed economic theory when neither the real facts nor the economic evidence substantiates his claims.

He also said that every economist who's looked at it has said that the recovery did its job. Would someone please get this man a link to The Heritage Foundation's website or any other credible conservative think tank or economist? Time and time again, Heritage scholars have not only argued but also demonstrated why Obama's economic policies don't work in theory and haven't worked in practice. As noted many times before, they have not helped avert a crisis, but have exacerbated already bleak conditions. Sure, all economists agree with him, just as all Americans agree with his socialistic policies.

Moving on, in the past few days, we've also heard from former Justice Department attorney J. Christian Adams, who has confirmed -- from the belly of the beast -- our worst suspicions about Obama and Eric Holder's Justice Department's dismissing a slam-dunk case for voter intimidation against New Black Panther Party members for racial reasons. This is an egregious trampling on the rule of law, an outrage that would subject any Republican president to charges of high crimes and misdemeanors, a scandal of the first order for which this administration isn't even bothering to develop "plausible deniability."

Next, we read about Obama's reaction to Sen. Lamar Alexander's reasonable suggestion that any energy discussion between the president and a "bipartisan" group of senators should include a focus on the oil spill and BP. Obama said, "That's just your talking point," and flat-out refused to discuss the subject. Is he king or what?

Finally, we've also witnessed this week another outburst from that paragon of smugness, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs, whom I criticized earlier for mocking members of the press corps for their legitimate questions in lieu of attempting to answer them in good faith.

This time, this little smarmy nerd-thug mocked Sen. Jon Kyl of Arizona for claiming Obama told him in a private meeting he would not secure our borders because it would disincentivize Republicans from supporting his effort to pass "comprehensive immigration reform" (read: amnesty). Gibbs accused Kyl of changing his story and basically arguing with himself on the matter, even though Kyl has not retreated an iota from the only relevant assertion: that Obama made the statement in question. Watch the video in which Gibbs clearly intends to create the false impression Kyl had vacillated on his charge  and tell me with a straight face we're not dealing with an entirely unprecedented level of arrogance in this White House.

Obama and Holder Just Can’t Detect Black Mediated Racism Involving The New Black Panthers Because They Are Also Unmitigated Racists

The following video captures the racist vitriol of one of the individuals charged in the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case that occurred in Philadelphia during the Presidential elections. He lost the case that the Bush Administration had originally filed but then the Obama Administration dismissed all charges without explanation.

We know why, of course: blatant, noxious racism against Whites which is an integral part of the Obama constitution (see: News Alert: Obama Administration Including Dept. of Justice Encourage and Support Racist Unequal Justice of Black Over White – “Payback Time” and read the Manchurian President).

If this had been the KKK or a white supremacy group, you can be most assured that this case would have been prosecuted to the fullest and you would have read about it ad infinitum in the news media.

Unequal Protection Policy of the Obama Administration

As has been manifestly evident by numerous examples, the Obama Administration is intent on pursuing a legal position of minority rights trump those of Whites. A lawyer involved in the prosecution of the New Black Panthers in the voter intimidation case exposed this philosophy endemic in the Dept. of Justice (read: News Alert: Obama Administration Including Dept. of Justice Encourage and Support Racist Unequal Justice of Black Over White – “Payback Time”).

Such a policy is reprehensible and needs to be extirpated. So should it's chief proponents: Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder

More Insight Into Justic Dept. Dismissal of The New Black Panther Voter Intimidation Case

In our June 28th post, News Alert: Obama Administration Including Dept. of Justice Encourage and Support Racist Unequal Justice of Black Over White – “Payback Time”, we presented the inside story of the dismissal of the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation charges by the Dept. of Justice. This situation was explicitly revealed by one of the attorneys involved in the case, J. Christian Adams, who noted rampant racism and bias against whites while blacks were given a free pass in what was essentially a “payback” mentality.

In a more thorough interview with Megan Kelly, he exposed the rampant attitude of pro-black racism in the Justice Dept. as well as the arrogance, incompetence and culture of corruption present there.

This is an eye-opener … and another reason why the Democrats need to be voted out of office in November and why Obama must be vigorously opposed and ultimately removed as President.

News Alert: Obama Administration Including Dept. of Justice Encourage and Support Racist Unequal Justice of Black Over White – “Payback Time”

We have always vehemently felt that the dismissal by the Obama Administration of voter intimidation charges against the New Black Panther Party was evidence of their racist, double-standard ideology and not because of lack of evidence. The U.S. had all but won the case yet when it was dismissed, black Attorney General Eric Holder stonewalled all who sought an explanation for the action.

Finally, we now have an answer provided by an attorney within the Justice Dept. who was directly involved in the case. This attorney, J. Christian Adams, has provided explicit inside information on this particular case as well as the mindset and ideologies of those within the Justice Dept. What he reveals in an excoriating expose is precisely what we expected and what is at the ideological core of Obama and his Administration: anti-White racism and a double-standard of ignoring minority perpetrated acts of lawlessness while prosecuting those where Whites were the violators.

This should come as no surprise to those who have investigated or paid close attention to even parts of Obama’s past. His 20 years in the Black Nationalist, anti-White, anti-American Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago which was led by Rev. Wright and honored and revered the despicably racist, anti-Semitic and anti-American Nation of Islam leader Louis Farakkhan. (See video as refresher). His associations with many other black racists over much of his life (check the category Reverse Racism for more).

The endemic (reverse) racism in the government fostered, facilitated and condoned by Obama and his appointees MUST NOT BE TOLERATED!

We must widely expose, condemn and attack this corrupt and illegal attitude and behavior which starts at the top: Obama

OBAMA MUST BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE!!

Inside the Black Panther case Anger, ignorance and lies
By J. Christian Adams  June 25, 2010

On the day President Obama was elected, armed men wearing the black berets and jackboots of the New Black Panther Party were stationed at the entrance to a polling place in Philadelphia. They brandished a weapon and intimidated voters and poll watchers.

After the election, the Justice Department brought a voter-intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party and those armed thugs. I and other Justice attorneys diligently pursued the case and obtained an entry of default after the defendants ignored the charges. Before a final judgment could be entered in May 2009, our superiors ordered us to dismiss the case.

The New Black Panther case was the simplest and most obvious violation of federal law I saw in my Justice Department career. Because of the corrupt nature of the dismissal, statements falsely characterizing the case and, most of all, indefensible orders for the career attorneys not to comply with lawful subpoenas investigating the dismissal, this month I resigned my position as a Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney.

The federal voter-intimidation statutes we used against the New Black Panthers were enacted because America never realized genuine racial equality in elections. Threats of violence characterized elections from the end of the Civil War until the passage of the Voting Rights Act in 1965. Before the Voting Rights Act, blacks seeking the right to vote, and those aiding them, were victims of violence and intimidation. But unlike the Southern legal system, Southern violence did not discriminate. Black voters were slain, as were the white champions of their cause. Some of the bodies were tossed into bogs and in one case in Philadelphia, Miss., they were buried together in an earthen dam.

Based on my firsthand experiences, I believe the dismissal of the Black Panther case was motivated by a lawless hostility toward equal enforcement of the law. Others still within the department share my assessment. The department abetted wrongdoers and abandoned law-abiding citizens victimized by the New Black Panthers. The dismissal raises serious questions about the department's enforcement neutrality in upcoming midterm elections and the subsequent 2012 presidential election.

The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights has opened an investigation into the dismissal and the DOJ's skewed enforcement priorities. Attorneys who brought the case are under subpoena to testify, but the department ordered us to ignore the subpoena, lawlessly placing us in an unacceptable legal limbo.

The assistant attorney general for civil rights, Tom Perez, has testified repeatedly that the "facts and law" did not support this case. That claim is false. If the actions in Philadelphia do not constitute voter intimidation, it is hard to imagine what would, short of an actual outbreak of violence at the polls. Let's all hope this administration has not invited that outcome through the corrupt dismissal.

Most corrupt of all, the lawyers who ordered the dismissal - Loretta King, the Obama-appointed acting head of the Civil Rights Division, and Steve Rosenbaum - did not even read the internal Justice Department memorandums supporting the case and investigation. Just as Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. admitted that he did not read the Arizona immigration law before he condemned it, Mr. Rosenbaum admitted that he had not bothered to read the most important department documents detailing the investigative facts and applicable law in the New Black Panther case. Christopher Coates, the former Voting Section chief, was so outraged at this dereliction of responsibility that he actually threw the memos at Mr. Rosenbaum in the meeting where they were discussing the dismissal of the case. The department subsequently removed all of Mr. Coates' responsibilities and sent him to South Carolina.

Mr. Perez also inaccurately testified to the House Judiciary Committee that federal "Rule 11" required the dismissal of the lawsuit. Lawyers know that Rule 11 is an ethical obligation to bring only meritorious claims, and such a charge by Mr. Perez effectively challenges the ethics and professionalism of the five attorneys who commenced the case. Yet the attorneys who brought the case were voting rights experts and would never pursue a frivolous matter. Their experience in election law far surpassed the experience of the officials who ordered the dismissal.

Some have called the actions in Philadelphia an isolated incident, not worthy of federal attention. To the contrary, the Black Panthers in October 2008 announced a nationwide deployment for the election. We had indications that polling-place thugs were deployed elsewhere, not only in November 2008, but also during the Democratic primaries, where they targeted white Hillary Rodham Clinton supporters. In any event, the law clearly prohibits even isolated incidents of voter intimidation.

Others have falsely claimed that no voters were affected. Not only did the evidence rebut this claim, but the law does not require a successful effort to intimidate; it punishes even the attempt.

Most disturbing, the dismissal is part of a creeping lawlessness infusing our government institutions. Citizens would be shocked to learn about the open and pervasive hostility within the Justice Department to bringing civil rights cases against nonwhite defendants on behalf of white victims. Equal enforcement of justice is not a priority of this administration. Open contempt is voiced for these types of cases.

Some of my co-workers argued that the law should not be used against black wrongdoers because of the long history of slavery and segregation. Less charitable individuals called it "payback time." Incredibly, after the case was dismissed, instructions were given that no more cases against racial minorities like the Black Panther case would be brought by the Voting Section.

Refusing to enforce the law equally means some citizens are protected by the law while others are left to be victimized, depending on their race. Core American principles of equality before the law and freedom from racial discrimination are at risk. Hopefully, equal enforcement of the law is still a point of bipartisan, if not universal, agreement. However, after my experience with the New Black Panther dismissal and the attitudes held by officials in the Civil Rights Division, I am beginning to fear the era of agreement over these core American principles has passed.

J. Christian Adams is a lawyer based in Virginia who served as a voting rights attorney at the Justice Department until this month. He blogs at electionlawcenter.com.

Obama’s Actions, Comments and General Naive Ineptitude Is Placing America and the Free World At Imminent Risk

The following editorial describes the deleterious effects that Obama’s aggressive remarks and rebukes toward Israel have had on that country. These, by themselves, are supremely important. However, if you look at the big picture, the damage that Obama has engendered by his lack of leadership and executive experience, his naiveté and disingenuous ideologies, and ill-advised commentaries, apologies and rebukes is incalculable.

In America, he has unleashed divisiveness and racism (ie. - incendiary comments on Arizona’s illegal immigration legislation with countless cities and organizations now attacking or boycotting Arizona- also pitting one state against another; his countenancing of Helen Thomas’ anti-Israel and anti-Semitic rants setting a poor example; dropping prosecution of the New Black Panther Party in the Philadelphia voter intimidation case; maintaining strong associations with black racists such as Cornel West, Henry Jones, Louis Farrakhan, Jay-Z, etc.)

Internationally, by denigrating America and apologizing for it, insulting and /or decreasing support and protection for our long-time allies (Great Britain, Israel, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Honduras, etc.), remaining silent in the defense of freedom and democracy (ignoring the Iranian people uprising against the theocratic repressive Islamic regime), talking loudly but carrying a very tiny stick (none to useless threats to Iran; loser in nuclear talks to Russia/Putin) and denying Islamic terrorist we are unquestionably witnessing the expected consequences.

Our enemies are emboldened and that spells death and disaster. There has been an explosion of terrorism attempts (fortunately they have thus far failed) in this country since he took office. Iran is progressing unimpeded in its quest for nuclear weapons which it will use – and which will precipitate a conflagration of unparalleled proportions. Turkey and other countries see a green light to be aggressive to Israel. Venezuela is saber rattling even more and upsetting the stability in South America.

And the list goes on.

Obama is not fit to be President. He must be removed from office to protect our country and the world!

Open Season On The Jewish State
Investors Business Daily   06/08/2010

In its latest slight, the White House temporarily withdrew an invitation to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu following Israel's killing of nine.

Israel: Of all the ironies of the Obama presidency, the strangest is now unfolding: The election to purge American racism somehow lowered the bar for anti-Semitism.

The 89-year-old Helen Thomas had been roosting in the front row of the White House press briefing room for decades. Yet her ugly feelings that Jews should get the hell out of Palestine and return "home" to Poland or Germany or America — or wherever it is the Jews belong — took this long to bubble up out of the cauldron of her gut in proximity to a camera.
The now ex-doyenne of the White House Press Corps was long known as no friend of the Jewish state, but somehow the intentional chill that the Obama administration has engineered in U.S.-Israeli relations has reduced the caution regarding attacking the state of Israel, and undoubtedly helped set her off.

It's almost like people sensing that the brawny big brother, America, has grown tired of going to the trouble of escorting his persecuted little brother, Israel, through the neighborhood. And all that long-suppressed resentment is beginning to burst out now that the protector is not on hand.

"Israel is finally getting its comeuppance" seems to be the perception of many of the critics of the Middle East's only democracy, save for U.S.-liberated Iraq.

In wondering how someone in public life, who was in her 20s when the Nazis were slaughtering millions of Jews in Germany and Poland, could act like the caricature of a bigot from an earlier era, it's impossible not to consider the disintegration over the past 16 months of our relationship with our staunchest Mideast ally.

The latest slight was the temporary withdrawal of an invitation to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to come to the White House after Israeli forces killed nine aboard a Turkish-backed flotilla trying to break an Israeli blockade of Gaza last week.

It turns out, according to reports, that the administration's rejection of Israeli intelligence reports and consequent refusal to provide advanced weapons led to Netanyahu refusing to authorize the use of tear gas and other anti-riot measures. After Israeli commandos were soon outmatched by Turkish personnel, live fire was ordered by the Israeli naval commander.

The White House demand that Israel "exercise extreme caution and restraint," as a diplomat told WorldTribune.com, apparently ended up costing lives. Would this "Freedom Flotilla" have even attempted to break an Israeli blockade if Israel still had our strong backing? And would Iran be threatening to use its Revolutionary Guards to help smash the blockade with a naval escort?

Would the United Nations' International Atomic Energy Agency be placing Israel's nuclear weapons power status on its governing board's agenda this month for the first time in nearly two decades if the American-Israeli relationship wasn't deteriorating?

Would the likes of bush-league diplomatic players such as Turkey and Brazil be coming out of the woodwork with a deal to threaten even the tepid sanctions against an Islamofascist regime in Iran that will soon be able to launch a nuclear warhead against Israel?

A good case could be made that little or none of this would be happening if the U.S. had not let it be known, in various ways, that it wasn't going to be supporting Israel the way it used to.

With photos circulating of the president hugging Helen Thomas in the press room, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs scrambled to condemn her remarks as "offensive and reprehensible." And then the president followed with a personal condemnation.

But distancing itself from Thomas' bigotry doesn't allow the president to escape blame. Like former President Jimmy Carter, who used the flotilla incident to accuse Israel of "besieging Gaza" and claim that because of Israel, "the people of Gaza remain isolated and deprived of their basic human rights," this administration believes Israel should be blamed for defending itself from terrorism.

In fact, the Jewish state, surrounded by bloodthirsty enemies, should be lauded for its restraint over the decades, not subject to further persecution.

Obama’s Platitudes and Catch Phrases Are Intentionally Misleading But Pernicious Trojans Aimed At Facilitating Radical Changes In America

For those who emigrated from authoritarian regimes and came to America, what is transpiring here right now is frighteningly familiar. They have experienced and heard it before in their ex-homelands and don’t want to see the same pernicious transformation occur here.

The catch-phrases, racial propaganda issues and benign sounding social slogans that Obama and other “socialists” deviously insert in their rhetoric are Trojans that have all been insidiously used in the past as a part of a lethal package for revolutionary changes.

Like Nazi Germany in the 1930’s. The U.S.S.R. for decades. China. North Korea. And in those countries based on Marxism like Cuba.

This is not a path down which America must never travel. Millions are being duped including many of the intelligentsia.

Obama and his cronies must be stopped!

Perspectives Of A Russian Immigrant (No. 9)
By SVETLANA KUNIN  05/18/2010

In May 2008, Sen. Barack Obama delivered a commencement address at Connecticut's Wesleyan University that called for sacrificing in order to build a fair and socially just society.

"We may disagree on certain issues and positions," he said, "but I believe we can be unified in service to a greater good. I intend to make it a cause of my presidency.

Two years later, at this month's commencement at the University of Michigan, President Obama talked about the role of government as a solution to the problems facing America. He complained about a lack of civility in our public debate.

"Throwing around phrases like 'socialist' and 'Soviet-style takeover' and 'fascist right-wing nut' may grab headlines," he said, "but it also has the effect of comparing our government, or our political opponents, to authoritarian and even murderous regimes."

The president's rhetoric mesmerized the students at Wesleyan and persuaded supporters to join his cause for change. But to me and other immigrants from socialist countries, this rhetoric sounded familiar.

American college students, in awe of their new leader and excited about ideals such as social justice, a fair society, equality and the transformation of greedy capitalist systems in which workers are exploited, do not realize these progressive ideas are identical to what students in socialist countries were taught 40 years ago in required classes such as "political economics" and "Marxist-Leninist dialectical materialism."

The pleasant platitudes that make up leftist rhetoric are not new.

The policies and actions of this government are almost identical to what took place in countries moving toward socialism throughout the 20th century.

Government appropriation of banks, other financial institutions, medical care, education, natural resources and regulation of speech is what came of centralized power in young socialist societies, leading to totalitarian regimes such as those in the USSR, China, Cuba and North Korea.

When House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, other Democrats in Congress and the media portray critics of this government as racists, right-wing nuts, Nazis or terrorists, it is more than lack of civility; it is a deliberate, Soviet-style authoritarian tactic to impose conformity on people who happen to disagree with the government's definition of the greater good.

In the Soviet Union, those who dared to criticize the government were called vragy naroda, which translates as enemies of the people.

At his commencement address in Michigan, Obama said we have the option to get our information from any number of blogs, Web sites and cable news shows. This of course requires that we all agree on a certain set of facts to debate from, and that is why we need a vibrant and thriving news business that is separate from opinion makers and talking heads.

At his next commencement address at Hampton University in Virginia, Obama further aired his concerns about uncontrolled information, which: "becomes a distraction, a diversion. It's putting new pressure on our country and on our democracy."

It was much easier to manipulate and direct public opinion in the Soviet Union, where the state apparatus had complete control of all sources of information. Centralized government propaganda and draconian suppression of free speech created an enforced conformity no one could escape.

That is why Obama wants to regulate the Internet and cable news shows so they are "neutral" as defined by the government.
The Soviets demonized the opposition as enemies of the people; American leftists simply define any opposition to them as racist or extremist.

"The press should be not only a collective propagandist and a collective agitator, but also a collective organizer of the masses," said Vladimir Lenin. "He who now talks about the freedom of the press goes backward and halts our headlong course toward socialism."

Young, educated graduates, born in the freest society, figure Obama is not a socialist; he is something new and somehow uniquely qualified to enact tired, old ideas that will result in a new, fair and equal society.

The Rev. Al Sharpton, in a recent sermon in Danbury, Conn., summed it up well:  "Dr. King's dream was not to put one black president in the White House. The dream was to make everything equal in everybody's house. President Obama is in the White House to help us get there, but we're not there yet."

An old Soviet joke defines socialist equality as follows: If your neighbor has a cow and you do not, kill your neighbor's cow.

Preferential Treatment For Blacks In Schools (And Elsewhere) Is Discriminatory Against Other Races – and is RACISM!

With Obama’s ascendancy to the Presidency, Americans are witnessing and experiencing rampant racism and not of whites to blacks but rather the opposite, of blacks to whites. Furthermore, this is being accepted with either in your face glee by many blacks or by a dismissive attitude by the liberal media and politicians.

This acceptance of preferential treatment, privileges, rights, etc. because the facilitator or perpetrator is black (as opposed to white) is unacceptable, discriminatory and illegal.

IT IS RACIST AND MUST BE STOPPED! This must be done by actions including verbally, protests, laws and lawsuits.

There must be no tolerance of this black on white (or on any other race/color)!

Stories similar to the one below has become quite commonplace throughout the country with liberals claiming that such actions are “providing more equal opportunities or leveling the playing field”.  Such claims are demagoguery but are used to obtain advantages for blacks at the expense of others. There are plenty disadvantaged whites or Hispanics who are being discriminated against by these actions.

You can just imagine the national outrage and uproar (including visits by Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton) if there was a school field trip for (poor) whites that excluded blacks. We didn’t hear a peep from these racist demagogues that white children were excluded.

Double standards are not acceptable!!

Field trip for black students sparks controversy at Ann Arbor elementary school
David Jesse  AnnArbor.com Staff   May 3, 2010

An Ann Arbor elementary school principal used a letter home to parents tonight to defend a field trip for black students as part of his school’s efforts to close the achievement gap between white and black students.

Dicken Elementary School Principal Mike Madison wrote the letter to parents following several days of controversy at the school after a field trip last week in which black students got to hear a rocket scientist.

Principal Mike Madison is shown at Forsythe in this 2005 file photo.

“In hindsight, this field trip could have been approached and arranged in a better way," Madison wrote. "But as I reflect upon the look of excitement, enthusiasm and energy that I saw in these children’s eyes as they stood in the presence of a renowned African American rocket scientist in a very successful position, it gave the kids an opportunity to see this type of achievement is possible for even them.

“It was not a wasted venture for I know one day they might want to aspire to be the first astronaut or scientist standing on the Planet Mars.

“I also think it’s important that you know that I have talked to the children who did not go on the field trip, and I think they have a better understanding of the purpose of the AA Lunch Bunch now, as I hope you do. I’m sorry if any kids were upset by the field trip or my discussion afterwards with them, and I have let them know that.

“The intent of our field trip was not to segregate or exclude students as has been reported, but rather to address the societal issues, roadblocks and challenges that our African American children will face as they pursue a successful academic education here in our community.”

A handful of parents have complained to district administrators about the trip, the group and Madison. More than a half-dozen parents contacted AnnArbor.com to raise the complaints, but none would agree to talk on the record, citing concerns of reprisals to their children by Madison.

While there’s no clear agreement between the two sides about exactly what happened, most of the controversy centers on a field trip taken last week by the Lunch Bunch for African American boys and girls to hear a black rocket engineer talk.

District spokeswoman Liz Margolis said after the trip was over, those who went returned to their fifth-grade class and were greeted by boos by those who didn’t go on the trip. Margolis said Madison, who is black, heard the boos, and went to talk to the class. She said he and the class had a “discussion” about race issues.

“He wasn’t yelling at them. He was very passionate about it,” Margolis said.

Parents have complained he was yelling at the class and belittled a Muslim girl who said she also had experienced racism and discrimination.

The program itself began earlier this year after the school received its latest achievement results. Margolis said the Lunch Bunch came from the school’s School Improvement Team and is tied to that team’s goals. She said several other schools in the district have similar programs targeting specific subgroups of students who are at risk.

According to meeting minutes, Madison introduced the club to the PTO in February as part of the school and district’s equity work.

Parent Vicki Haviland, who is white and has three children at Dicken, said she is supportive of the overall program. Haviland is the secretary of the Dicken PTO and has filed papers for the open school board seat.

“I think the African-American Lunch Bunch is totally in line with the district’s equity work,” she said. “I think the field trip was a fine idea.”

She said she hopes the school and the district would “do a better job in talking about (race in education). Clearly there are people who don’t feel heard about it.”

http://www.annarbor.com/news/black-student-only-field-trip-sparks-controversy-at-ann-arbor-elementary-school/#comments

The following are some of the comments that readers made to the above article:

I propose Dicken create a "Whites Only Lunch Bunch Club."

By creating and sanctioning both the "African American Lunch Bunch Club" and sponsoring the "blacks only" field trip, Madison is in direct violation of the Non-Discrimination Policy of the Ann Arbor Public Schools (Board Policy 2050). That policy reads as follows: No person shall be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in any educational program or activity available in any school on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, creed, political belief, age, national origin, linguistic and language differences, sexual orientation, gender expression, socioeconomic status, height, weight, marital or familial status, or disability.

Michael Madison's actions are also in direct violation of the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative which states that a "public college or university, community college, or school district shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in the operation of public employment, public education, or public contracting."

Madison writes, "The intent of our field trip was not to segregate or exclude students as has been reported, but rather to address the societal issues, roadblocks and challenges that our African American children will face as they pursue a successful academic education here in our community."

If this had been a "whites only" field trip you'd have Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and every other noise maker heading to Ann Arbor screaming racial injustice and demanding that the person or persons involved in arranging this field trip be relieved of their duties. Why is it when it's the other way around, nothing is ever said or done???

Can you imagine the fallout if whites only were taken on a field leaving black kids behind.Jesse Jackson,Farakon,Al Sharpton etc.would be here in 12 hours flat with their mugs on national tv.That being said the parents who complained but refuse to be named are spineless.Way to stand up for your beliefs.I hope you sleep well and are proud of yourselves.Lame excuse given too.

But the field trip was by invitation only and only black students were invited to attend. Madison used skin color as the sole criteria for determining who could experience this special field trip. When there wasn't enough room for all the black children to attend, he "uninvited" some of the black girls. I wonder what Madison would have done had there not been enough room for all of the black boys? Sent the light-skinned black boys back to their classrooms?

Madison also wrote in his email message to parents this evening, "Even though I am the principal of Dicken school, these strategies and interventions were not made in isolation by myself. The entire staff at Dicken decided that we needed to do something different."

Embarrassing attempt by Madison to "share the blame" for HIS ridiculous decision to give special privileges to children based solely on the color of their skin.

What the article fails to mention is that Madison is a black male and that he doles out special attention and privileges not to underachieving children, physically disadvantaged children, economically disadvantaged children, or all non-white children - just black children specifically. Privileges at Dicken Elementary School are based solely on skin color. There's nothing subtle about it, Michael Madison and the Ann Arbor School District are engaging in discriminatory practices.

Mr. Madison has taken, and will continue to take a lot of heat for this effort. In retrospect, it is easy to label this particular initative as a bad idea, at least in the way it was implemented. But let's cut him some slack. The achievement gap is a persistent problem, one that calls for special attention and out-of-the-box thinking. This was a sincere and heartfelt attempt to provide African American students with a unique opportunity to meet with a strong positive role model. Rather than sounding the alarm of indignation at reverse discrimination, let's look at this as a learning experience about how to introduce the issue of race (which people are very reluctant to discuss openly and honestly) into the classroom.

Madison just doesn't get it. Closing the achievement gap is a noble cause and I fully support it. What I don't support is excluding children out based solely on the color of their skin.
Madison has created an extremely hostile and divisive atmosphere at Dicken Elementary School.
P.S. Madison, you didn't apologize to all the children who weren't invited. My children did not get an apology from you. The only children who received an apology from you were the ones you berated and bullied for voicing their displeasure at being excluded, the ones you brought to tears, the ones who needed to be counseled after your angry tirade (because they are not black).

Madison starts to apologize and acknowledge he messed up, but catches himself and writes, "But as I reflect upon the look of excitement, enthusiasm and energy that I saw in these children’s eyes as they stood in the presence of a renowned African American rocket scientist in a very successful position, it gave the kids an opportunity to see this type of achievement is possible for even them."

But Madison, why did only the black children get to have such a wonderful experience? I wish you could have seen excitement, enthusiasm and energy in my children's eyes.

Andrew Thomas: I agree with your sentiment, but there are other ways to think outside the box and to accomplish these goals without engaging in blatant discrimination.

If white students had been invited to go they would have had a chance to see that a black man could achieve things that they might only associate whites. The school missed a very good opportunity to help break some racial stereotypies. Seems like a wasted opportunity.

And lest anyone believe otherwise, there were black children on that field trip who come from financially-privileged families.

If you believe in genetic mental equality, then the black achievement gap in the Ann Arbor school district is a function of nurture, not nature. The fact that there is a persistent achievement gap for black students in AA schools despite the tons of extra resources AA pumps into special emphasis programs speaks to the failure of the parents of these children.
Madison needs to listen to Bill Cosby and transmit some serious heat to the parents of these underperforming children. The AA school district is obviosuly bending over backwards to help them... and its not working. If you want to escape the soft discriination of low expectations- move into the Saline school system. AA is headed downhill.

I think all parents should join hands and and formally and peacefully protest the school, and then take a class action lawsuit againts # 1 the county. # 2 the school, and #3 Mike Madison!

This is a blatant abuse of his powers and he is no less guilty!

“The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race.” - Chief Justice Roberts

What happen to M. L. King's "I have a Dream" speech where people were judge by what they did and not their color? We should outlaw all racial groups and just be AMERICANS!

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer Signs Immigration Enforcement Bill

In our post yesterday (Arizona Poised To Pass Aggressive Legislation To Deal With The Problems of Illegal Immigration Since Federal Government Hasn’t), the issues surrounding the impetus for creating an immigration enforcement bill were detailed. There has been overwhelming support for this legislation from the residents of Arizona - contrary to what many in the news media are reporting or claiming. Given all this, yesterday afternoon, Governor Jan Brewer signed the bill but also definitively stating that racial profiling will not be tolerated.

Bravo for Arizona!!

It is about time that some government seriously address this illegal immigration problem that is plaguing America, costing tens of billions of dollars yearly and markedly escalating the crime rate. Congress and the President (including past Presidents) have abrogated their responsibilities to protect us and secure our borders. One of the main reasons is political in nature – fear of angering one group of voters or another.

Meanwhile, Mr. Inept Obama has stated his opposition to the bill which he wants to annul and claims that it may violate civil rights.  Many liberal and radical Hispanic groups are screaming racism, stating that their rights are violated, etc. and are protesting, even busing in people (unemployed or union members?) from California.

There are civil rights violations indeed regarding illegal immigration and it involves those of American born citizens (of American parents) living in Arizona. Why should they be forced to pay for the education, healthcare, welfare, incarceration and other costs attributed to these non-Americans? This is essentially involuntary servitude. Furthermore, quality of life is adversely affected on many levels because of this unaddressed problem.

These illegal aliens come here and cost Arizona billions of dollars. Opponents of the bill claim that these illegals pay taxes and contribute to Social Security. Yes, some may but the costs of the services that they use far exceeds (billions) what they contribute. Consequently, our schools are overcrowded and the education of native Arizonans is severely impacted. Hospitals are forced to close or markedly curtail services because of unreimbursed care. More than 50% of inmates in many jails are illegals. And more…

Until there is a comprehensive national plan that is sensible and effective, measures like this have to be implemented to protect American citizens.

Finally, it is disingenuous, corrupt and deconstructive to call these individuals “undocumented aliens”. They may or may not have documents or at least legitimate ones. That is not the point. They broke the law and entered the United States illegally, hence: “illegal immigrants”.

Arizona Governor Signs Controversial Immigration Enforcement Bill

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer on Friday signed into law a controversial bill that seeks to crack down on illegal immigration.

The sweeping measure will make it a crime under state law to be in the country illegally. It will also require local police officers to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are in the country illegally.

It takes effect 90 days after the current legislative sessions end in the next several weeks.

Before signing the bill, Brewer called the measure "another step forward in protecting the state of Arizona."

She said the bill "represents another tool for our state to use as we work to solve a crisis that we did not create and the federal government has refused to fix -- the crisis caused by illegal immigration."

Earlier, President Obama called the bill "misguided" and said it could violate people's civil rights. He said he's instructed the Justice Department to see if it is legal.

The bill's Republican sponsor, state Rep. Russell Pearce of Mesa, said Obama and other critics of the bill were "against law enforcement, our citizens and the rule of law."

Civil rights activists have said the bill would lead to racial profiling and deter Hispanics from reporting crimes.
Brewer said she wouldn't tolerate racial profiling.

Hundreds of protesters gathered at the State Capitol complex Friday calling on Brewer to veto the legislation.

Demonstrators have been camped outside the Capitol since the measure passed out of the Legislature on Monday. Their numbers have grown steadily throughout the week, with buses bringing protesters from as far away as Los Angeles.

About a dozen supporters of the measure also gathered.

Meanwhile, around the same time of the signing of the immigration reform bill in southern Arizona:

67 Illegal Immigrants Found Crammed in U-Haul Truck

The Border Patrol did not immediately know where the immigrants were from, where they were headed or what the conditions in the truck were

ELFRIDA, Ariz. -- Sixty-seven illegal immigrants were found crammed inside a U-Haul truck near Elfrida, Ariz. about 20 miles north of the U.S.-Mexico border after deputies spotted it driving erratically.

Cochise County sheriff's spokeswoman Carol Capas said Friday that deputies pulled the U-Haul over Thursday evening, and the driver and front passenger ran out of the vehicle into the desert.

The two, believed to be smugglers, got away.

Meanwhile, deputies found 67 illegal immigrants in the back of the 26-foot truck.

Capas says the truck appeared to have been loaded in the last seven hours and that it was "cramped."

She could not speak to the conditions inside the truck and says the immigrants were turned over to the Border Patrol.

Border Patrol spokesman Mario Escalante did not immediately know where the immigrants were from, where they were headed or what the conditions in the truck were, although he says none had to be taken to the hospital.

Obama, Democrats and Many Blacks Are Intolerant of and Racist Against Conservative Blacks

Unfortunately though not unexpected given Obama’s past, his Presidency has increased rather than decreased racial discord. He was anointed as the racial healer by the media and many politicians and even voted for by millions of credulous voters who were deceived by his rhetoric on the issue rather than scrutinizing his unalloyed history of racism.

His twenty year close association with the vitriolic, racist, anti-white Reverend Jeremiah Wright and membership in a church that preached black nationalism philosophy, anti-Semitism, anti-Americanism (“Goddamn America”) as well as revered and formally honored Louis Farrakhan, should have served as more than fair warning of his sentiments.

Obama’s verbatim assessment of his church which was that “"I don't think my church is actually particularly controversial", should have further substantiated his racist philosophy. Of course, there are numerous other examples which came to light both before and after he was elected President.

After becoming President, he has continued to engender racial polarity such as by imprudently insinuating himself in the Henry Jones (Professor of Black Studies) and Cambridge, Mass. police incident in July of last year (About Obama’s Racially Inflammatory and Irresponsible Comments and More Unfortunate Consequences of Obama’s Racially Charged Statement). He also has appointed several radical and racist blacks to his Administration such as Eric Holder and Van Jones whose actions, history and rhetoric exude these sentiments.

By “promoting” racism in his discourse and overtly inappropriate selections, Obama is feeding black racism against whites (and others) and even against other blacks – those that don’t toe the black victimization and dependency agenda. If an Afro-American speaks out for conservative issues or is against demagogue preached policies (such as Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, etc.) then they are labeled “Uncle Toms” or “traitors”. This is abhorrent. No ethnic or racial group is or should be considered to be monolithic in its beliefs, morals, likes, etc. By demanding this of all blacks, they are being intra-racially racist and intolerant.

Exacerbating the problem, Obama could rein in this destructive behavior from his bully pulpit as the President but he won’t (because he clearly agrees). This is recklessly irresponsible and contributes to the political racist slandering by Democrats, especially by the politicians, news media and black demagogues against "non-compliant" blacks, conservatives and the Tea Parties.

Black Tea Party Activists Called 'Traitors'
Black conservatives are really taking heat for their involvement in the mostly white tea party movement — and for having the audacity to oppose the policies of the nation's first black president.

Feb. 10: Angela McGlowan announces at the Tupelo, Miss., City Hall, that she is running for the 1st Congressional District as a Republican.

ALBANY, N.Y. – They've been called Oreos, traitors and Uncle Toms, and are used to having to defend their values. Now black conservatives are really taking heat for their involvement in the mostly white tea party movement — and for having the audacity to oppose the policies of the nation's first black president.

"I've been told I hate myself. I've been called an Uncle Tom. I've been told I'm a spook at the door," said Timothy F. Johnson, chairman of the Frederick Douglass Foundation, a group of black conservatives who support free market principles and limited government.

"Black Republicans find themselves always having to prove who they are. Because the assumption is the Republican Party is for whites and the Democratic Party is for blacks," he said.

Johnson and other black conservatives say they were drawn to the tea party movement because of what they consider its commonsense fiscal values of controlled spending, less taxes and smaller government. The fact that they're black — or that most tea partyers are white — should have nothing to do with it, they say.

"You have to be honest and true to yourself. What am I supposed to do, vote Democratic just to be popular? Just to fit in?" asked Clifton Bazar, a 45-year-old New Jersey freelance photographer and conservative blogger.

Opponents have branded the tea party as a group of racists hiding behind economic concerns — and reports that some tea partyers were lobbing racist slurs at black congressmen during last month's heated health care vote give them ammunition.

But these black conservatives don't consider racism representative of the movement as a whole — or race a reason to support it.

Angela McGlowan, a black congressional candidate from Mississippi, said her tea party involvement is "not about a black or white issue."

"It's not even about Republican or Democrat, from my standpoint," she told The Associated Press. "All of us are taxed too much."

Still, she's in the minority. As a nascent grassroots movement with no registration or formal structure, there are no racial demographics available for the tea party movement; it's believed to include only a small number of blacks and Hispanics.

Some black conservatives credit President Barack Obama's election — and their distaste for his policies — with inspiring them and motivating dozens of black Republicans to plan political runs in November.

For black candidates like McGlowan, tea party events are a way to reach out to voters of all races with her conservative message.

"I'm so proud to be a part of this movement! I want to tell you that a lot of people underestimate you guys," the former national political commentator for Fox News told the cheering crowd at a tea party rally in Nashville, Tenn., in February.

Tea party voters represent a new model for these black conservatives — away from the black, liberal Democratic base located primarily in cities, and toward a black and white conservative base that extends into the suburbs.

Black voters have overwhelmingly backed Democratic candidates, support that has only grown in recent years. In 2004, presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry won 88 percent of the black vote; four years later, 95 percent of black voters cast ballots for Obama.

Black conservatives don't want to have to apologize for their divergent views.
"I've gotten the statement, 'How can you not support the brother?'" said David Webb, an organizer of New York City's Tea Party 365, Inc. movement and a conservative radio personality.

Since Obama's election, Webb said some black conservatives have even resorted to hiding their political views.

"I know of people who would play the (liberal) role publicly, but have their private opinions," he said. "They don't agree with the policy but they have to work, live and exist in the community ... Why can't we speak openly and honestly if we disagree?"

Among the 37 black Republicans running for U.S. House and Senate seats in November is Charles Lollar of Maryland's 5th District.

A tea party supporter running against House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., Lollar says he's finding support in unexpected places.

The 38-year-old U.S. Marine Corps reservist recently walked into a bar in southern Maryland decorated with a Confederate flag. It gave his wife Rosha pause.

"I said, 'You know what, honey? Many, many of our Southern citizens came together under that flag for the purpose of keeping their family and their state together,'" Lollar recalled. "The flag is not what you're to fear. It's the stupidity behind the flag that is a problem. I don't think we'll find that in here. Let's go ahead in."

Once inside, they were treated to a pig roast, a motorcycle rally — and presented with $5,000 in contributions for his campaign.

McGlowan, one of three GOP candidates in north Mississippi's 1st District primary, seeks a seat held since 2008 by The National Republican Congressional Committee has supported Alan Nunnelee, chairman of the state Senate Appropriations Committee, who is also pursuing tea party voters.

McGlowan believes the tea party movement has been unfairly portrayed as monolithically white, male and middle-aged, though she acknowledged blacks and Hispanics are a minority at most events.

Racist protest signs at some tea party rallies and recent reports by U.S. Reps. John Lewis, D-Ga., and Barney Frank, D-Mass., that tea partyers shouted racial and anti-gay slurs at them have raised allegations of racism in the tea party movement.

Black members of the movement say it is not inherently racist, and some question the reported slurs. "You would think — something that offensive — you would think someone got video of it," Bazar, the conservative blogger, said.

"Just because you have one nut case, it doesn't automatically equate that you've got an organization that espouses (racism) as a sane belief," Johnson said.

Hilary Shelton, director of the Washington bureau of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, suggested a bit of caution.

"I'm sure the reason that (black conservatives) are involved is that from an ideological perspective, they agree," said Shelton. "But when those kinds of things happen, it is very important to be careful of the company that you keep."

Obama, Jay-Z and Black On White Racism

No matter from which angle you look at it, racism is reprehensible and should never be condoned. Period!

Yes, racism was endemic decades ago, most notably against blacks and Jews. Though it will never entirely disappear because of human nature, only a very small percentage of Americans adhere to such hatred. However, you would never know it if you listened to the newscasts of the “mainstream” media where it still sounds like an epidemic.

What they also absolutely refuse to acknowledge yet seemingly condone as being understandable is the far more prevalent, increasing and vitriolic black on white or Hispanic racism. Do you hear many newscasts excoriating famous and influential black athletes, actors and actresses, music stars or even politicians spewing racial hatred against Whites? Of course not! But if there was one mentally deranged white person walking around in Podunk, Idaho wearing the KKK garb it would saturate the news.

We vehemently and resolutely feel that a major impetus for the rise is due to Obama and his election to the Presidency, his racially charged attitudes and the atmosphere of black entitlement at the expense of other races. How could have he attended sat in his Black nationalist church for 20 years and accept the racist, hateful rantings of Reverend Wright and others unless he agreed? Or exalt and revere the contemptuous, despicable Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam?

Many blacks ignorantly and contemptuously parrot their mantra “It’s our time now!”

Really? We don’t think so. No one should have priority over anyone else based on race, religion, etc. (We will save our polemic against affirmative action for another time which distilled to its essence is government facilitated and condoned racism of black over white.)

The following articles illustrate this continued pattern but even more insidiously, it yet again reveals our American President, Obama, not denouncing such behavior of this black on white racism.  Reverend Wright made sure that he stayed the course and remained a faithful black nationalist.

What is this all about? Though we know little of Jay-Z, he recently and unequivocally revealed himself to be a racist, refusing any white people entrance to his reception though blacks were freely admitted. Apparently, he and Obama are friends and he has been to the White House on several occasions.

Have you heard any denunciations of this behavior by Obama? Of course not! Zero. Yet, he had no problem last year insinuating himself in a Cambridge, Mass police matter, claiming racism, when his belligerent, disorderly black professor friend was appropriately arrested by a white police officer.

Obama’s silence on this matter once again speaks volumes on his racist underpinnings, continues to reveal his ineptness and lack of impartiality and prudence and why he really isn’t the President for all Americans.

The following two articles will further elucidate this situation.

Jay-Z bash ignites race controversy
By WENN.COM

Rapper Jay-Z has been caught up in a race scandal following allegations security at his BRIT Awards afterparty on Tuesday banned white people from entering the VIP area.

The 99 Problems superstar threw a lavish bash at Merah nightclub in London following his Best International Male Solo win at the ceremony.

But the night descended into chaos after fights broke out amid people scrambling to get close to the star.

And the atmosphere turned even nastier after security personnel working on the doors of the VIP room allegedly refused to allow any white people into the area, while letting black partygoers straight through, according to Britain's Daily Star newspaper.

The publication's music reporter Kim Dawson writes, "I've been to countless showbiz bashes but never have I met meatheads like those at the Jay-Z do (party). Jay-Z is a megastar and yet it was clear white people were not welcome in his VIP area. While the red rope was lifted for black guests to breeze through, let's just say it stayed down if your face didn't fit. I have never felt so intimidated. It left me feeling like a mauled dog."

Meanwhile, black pop star Alesha Dixon, who attended the party, was also left disgusted at the way the bash was organized.

She reportedly told the newspaper at the party, "My friends have been getting knocked about and no-one seems to care. I need to get out of here. What a horrible end to the night. I was having a blast at my record label party and now the mood is soured. I wish I'd never come."

The publication claims the rapper's representative insisted the security was hired by the club, but the venue's bosses state they had no idea of any problems.

Jay-Z: President Obama Was Playing The Blueprint When I Called Him
'I've been invited to the White House a couple of times,' Hov tells the BBC.

By Jayson Rodriguez

Jay-Z has dropped Barack Obama's name in his rhymes, and Obama referenced Jay's lyrics when he dusted his shoulder off during a campaign appearance before he ascended to the White House. But it turns out the pair have more than just a passing appreciation for rhetorical flourishes.

In an interview with Jonathan Ross airing on the BBC Friday (February 19), Jay-Z revealed that the president has invited the rapper to the White House a number of times since Obama's inauguration.

"I've been invited to the White House a couple of times," Hov told Ross, although he said he hasn't taken up the president on the offer just yet. "Hopefully we'll keep him in for eight years, so I'll have time to get there."

The Brooklyn MC was an avid supporter of Obama during the presidential campaign and referenced him in a series of lyrics, most notably for Young Jeezy's hit "My President."

"Rosa Parks sat so Martin Luther could walk/ Martin Luther walked so Barack Obama could run/ Barack Obama ran so all the children could fly," he raps on the track. "So I'mma spread my wings/ You could meet me in the sky."

"It's just the progression. ... You sat, you walked, you ran, you ran to fly," Jay told MTV News about his Obama rhyme last year on the eve of the inauguration. "You know, just the progression and how far we've come as a nation. It feels good to say that, 'cause I never had that type of feeling to say 'as a nation,' like I was part of the American dream. And I believe a lot of people didn't feel like a part of the American process for so long."

Although Obama has professed a love for an eclectic playlist of music that includes Stevie Wonder and Bob Dylan, he also said he is a fan of Jay-Z.

Jay-Z confirmed Obama's admiration when he told Ross the president was playing one of the rapper's albums when answered a phone call from Hov.

"Barack loves hip-hop," Jay said. "When I called him he was playing [The] Blueprint in the gym."

A Few Reasons Why Obamanocare Should Be Obliterated

As the ObamaCare legislation is being scrutinized by the public, innumerable insidious, discriminatory, restrictive, unconstitutional, and generally outrageous clauses and mandates are being discovered that were intentionally hidden because they were either “illegal”, reflective of corruption or egregiously bad for the public. We also suspect that not one politician who voted for the legislation has read the entire bill. What unalloyed arrogance! These contemptuous politicians all need to be voted out office at their next elections.

More Reasons For Killing Off Health Reform
Phyllis Schlafly             12/29/2009

New reasons emerge almost daily as to why ObamaCare can and must be defeated.

1. Americans oppose ObamaCare by almost 2 to 1 in the latest CNN poll. Other polls show lopsided opposition to passing either the Senate or House health care bill.

Public opinion is against the bill because of its obscene costs in higher taxes, burdensome debt, anti-freedom mandates, rationing and reduced care for seniors. The American people have awakened to the fact that ObamaCare is transformational legislation that will drag us against popular will into European-style socialism.

2. The Democrats' double-counting of ObamaCare's financial benefits has been exposed as a colossal lie. Harry Reid told the Senate that his bill strengthens our future by both "cutting our towering national deficit by as much as $1.3 trillion over the next 20 years" and "strengthening Medicare and extending its life by nearly a decade."

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) refuted that assertion. CBO said the claim that ObamaCare would provide these benefits simultaneously "would essentially double-count a large share of those savings and thus overstate the improvement in the government's fiscal position."

3. ObamaCare is unconstitutional because of its mandate that all individuals must carry "approved" health insurance and all businesses must give health insurance to their employees whether or not the company can afford it. "Universal" coverage will be enforced by the Internal Revenue Service with power to punish those who don't have such a plan.

Constitutional lawyers say the Commerce Clause does not give Congress authority to force Americans to buy health insurance as a condition of living in the U.S. because personal health insurance is not "commerce." The CBO wrote that "a mandate requiring all individuals to purchase health insurance would be an unprecedented form of federal action"; the Supreme Court has never upheld any requirement that an individual must participate in economic activity.

4. Since the Senate bill imposes sharp limits on health insurance companies' ability to raise fees or exclude coverage, it likely will force many of them out of business. ObamaCare is unconstitutional because it violates the Bill of Rights protections against takings without just compensation and deprivation of property without due process of law.

5. Other ObamaCare provisions blatantly legislate racial and other forms of discrimination. The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights sent two letters to the president and congressional leaders warning about the obnoxious requirements for racist and sexist quotas.

The Senate bill requires that "priority" for federal grants be given to institutions offering "preferential" admissions to minorities (race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation and religion).

Institutions training social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, behavioral pediatricians, psychiatric nurses and counselors will be ineligible for federal grants unless they enroll "individuals and groups from different racial, ethnic, cultural, geographic, religious, linguistic and class backgrounds, and different genders and sexual orientations."

6. Obama's claim that "everybody" will now be covered creates few winners but lots of losers. Universal health insurance will be achieved by forcing young people to pay the additional costs (insurance for the youngest third of the population would rise by 35%), and by restricting and rationing care for the elderly.

7. According to columnist Robert Samuelson, the "wild card is immigration." From 1999 to 2008, 60% of the increase in the uninsured occurred among Hispanics, and Obama's refusal to close our borders will make this problem more costly every year.

8. ObamaCare gives Medicare bureaucrats the power to ration health care by forcing doctors to prescribe cheaper medical devices and drugs. In the recent case of Hays v. Sebelius, the court ruled that Medicare doesn't have the right to make this rule, but ObamaCare takes jurisdiction away from the courts to hear any appeal from decisions of the new Medicare Commission.

The "stick" applied to primary-care doctors is imposing financial penalties if they refer too many patients to specialists. The "carrot" is financial rewards to doctors who give up small practices and join into larger medical groups or become salaried employees of hospitals or other large institutions.

9. The Senate bill contains at least a dozen of what can be described as bribes. Sen. Mary Landrieu received a $300 million increase in Medicaid funding for her state (known as the Second Louisiana Purchase), and a $100 million bribe to Sen. Ben Nelson gives Nebraska a permanent exemption from the costs of Medicaid expansion.

10. The Senate bill even has a four-page section artfully written to enable Acorn to get federal health care grants. This section describes grant recipients as "community and consumer-focused nonprofit groups" having "existing relationships ... with uninsured and underinsured consumers."

New York Times Publishes Advertising Section for “People of Color”. Is This Really Constructive and Prudent?

The New York Times, the bastion of far-left liberalism and anti-Americanism whose slogan should be “only liberally biased news that we want to print”, has added to its reverse racist contributions with a new one: a gift section devoted exclusively to people of color. Whites can just move on to the next section.

Imagine the outrage if a conservative paper contained a similar section labeled specifically for Caucasians? There would be relentless outrage spewing largely from the black “community” (aka demagogues) with accusations of racism and privilege.

Such actions do not serve to advance harmony and assimilation but instead encourage more divisiveness and racism (as can be seen in the comments following the post). Just advertise the products and let people determine whether or not they may be interested without introducing a racial component.

Of course, our position is that the New York Times has long practiced irresponsible and severely biased journalism with anti-American posturing and should not be patronized by most Americans. Let economics do the talking and facilitate them going bankrupt.

Obama and His Contempt For and Denigration of America

The following is among the most thorough but concise, cogent and eloquent articles detailing Obama’s hatred of America. It leaves no doubt as to his attitude and ideology – as if we really needed any convincing.

Of course, this all begs the question: What are we to do with a President who hates America and is dismantling it to fit the socialist/communist country that he envisions?

Impeachment?

The Man Who Despises America
By Mark Hyman

The very next paragraph is going to make the nut jobs on the far left excitable beyond belief. I am not referring to all Democrats or even a majority of liberals. I am singling out the "they've-lost-all-touch-with-reality" crowd. This includes Media Matters for America led by the admitted hit-and-run, drunk-driving serial liar. The group includes the unshaven, bathrobe-clad unemployed who live in their mother's basement and are devout followers of MoveOn.Org. It is also the bitter, aging spinster working at the New York Times, the morbidly obese documentary film maker, and cable TV news' resident drama queen who hosts MSNBC's Countdown. They are about to simultaneously suffer from brain aneurisms. So without further delay, I'll say it.

Barack Obama despises America.

When people who voted for Obama in 2008 -- including registered Democrats -- start speaking in normal conversational voices at dinner parties, neighborhood gatherings and PTA meetings that the over-inflated ego from Chicago has it "in for America," then it's clear most reasonable people have reached the same conclusion.

The central conviction of Obama's ideology is that America is guilty of limitless moral failures and is the chief architect of the world's ills. Obama has boundless enmity for America, its key institutions, and its longtime allies. Consider these facts.

The 30-years of Obama's post-adolescent life are radical by any measure. First, he grew up listening to the ramblings of committed Communist Frank Marshall Davis. It had such a profound effect on him that he wrote fondly of Davis in his first book. In fact, that book is replete with statement after statement about how the U.S. is deeply flawed. Most Americans believe in American exceptionalism. Not so with Obama.

Patriotic Americans would not have listened to the bigoted, anti-Semitic, hate-America rants of a fringe religious leader for 20 seconds let alone for 20 years. Yet, Obama who admitted he attended services at Trinity United Church at least twice a month for two decades called Jeremiah Wright his mentor and his moral sounding board.

Nor would most Americans cultivate a close friendship with an admitted domestic terrorist and his wife whose most notable life's accomplishments were to set off bombs that killed and maimed innocent people.

Joining Al Sharpton and Jeremiah Wright in organizing attendance at Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan's 1995 march on Washington is beyond imaginable. Especially after Farrakhan demonstrated public support for Colonel Muammar Qaddafi during the Libyan Leader's most bellicose years against the U.S., which included Libyan complicity in numerous terrorist attacks.

Obama's view of America in national security and foreign affairs is profoundly disappointing to say the least.
Americans overwhelmingly view the men and women who saved Europe and the Far East during World War II as comprising the Greatest Generation. By his comments and actions, President Obama obviously thinks otherwise.

Obama did not honor American greatness on the 60th anniversary of the Berlin Airlift while on his first European trip. Instead, he accused "America [of having] shown arrogance and been dismissive, even derisive" toward its European allies.
He also denigrated the accomplishments of the American G.I. during World War II in the Pacific theater when he offered a thinly veiled apology for the U.S. having dropped the A-bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Those acts brought the war to a swift conclusion, perhaps saving hundreds of thousands of lives when it appeared Japan was prepared to wage an island-by-island battle to the last man.

Obama ordered the release of the so-called CIA "torture memos," seriously damaging delicate intelligence relations with allied nations and placing at grave risk the safety of U.S. intelligence officers working overseas. The impact of his action handcuffs the ability of U.S. intelligence officials to protect the U.S. and American interests from acts of terrorism.

In a matter of weeks last spring, Obama gave deference to a variety of belligerent leaders while stiff-arming longtime American allies. First, he called for closer relations with Cuba while ignoring that nation's long list of continuing human rights abuses. Then he warmly welcomed Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez at an Organization of American States summit.

Next, he failed to respond and set the record straight after Nicaragua's Communist leader Daniel Ortega listed alleged U.S. crimes and atrocities during a nearly one-hour rant at the OAS meeting. It is unsettling that in his own remarks Obama incorrectly claimed the OAS has 36 members rather than the actual 34. Ortega and the hemisphere's other Socialist leaders claim the OAS would include 36 members if Cuba and an independent Puerto Rico were allowed to join. Mere coincidence or Freudian slip?

Immediately following the OAS embarrassments, Obama ignored a request from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to meet. Obama would repeat this snub six months later before agreeing at the last moment to meet Netanyahu after the Israeli leader was en route the U.S.

In his speech before the Muslim world, Obama made the patently absurd claim of equivalency between the status of displaced Palestinians and the slaughter of millions of Jews during the Holocaust. His claim that 7 million Muslims live in the U.S. is a figure inflated by as much as 700%.

In an earlier speech, Obama claimed that the U.S. is not a Christian nation, which is at odds with the fact that 79% of Americans self-identify as Christians and the nation's founders were devout Christians.

In less than six months in office, Obama apologized for Guantanamo Bay; for alleged mistakes committed by the CIA; for U.S. policy in the Americas; for America's history of slavery; for "sacrificing [American] values;" for "hasty decisions" in the war on terror; for "America's standing in the world;" for American errors in foreign policy; and for U.S. relations with the Muslim world.

He pronounced Iran's pursuit of nuclear technology acceptable and he warned Netanyahu against targeting Iran's nuclear facilities. Obama's approach to Iran is eerily similar to that of Jimmy Carter, whose actions contributed to the fall of that nation into the control of Islamic radicals.

This summer, the door to greater individual freedoms in Iran was firmly closed shut when Obama announced the U.S would not meddle in Iran's election and he offered no encouragement to democracy activists who protested the obviously stolen elections. His silence was deafening when regime security agents savagely attacked and killed countless Iranians who took to the streets.

In contrast to his deference to anti-American leaders such as Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Hugo Chavez, and Daniel Ortega, Obama strong-armed Netanyahu on key Israeli matters. In addition to snubbing the Israeli Prime Minister's requests to meet, Obama demanded an end to Israeli settlements and insisted on the creation of a two-state Palestine solution.

Obama abandoned NATO members Poland and the Czech Republic by canceling the central Europe missile defense plan just as rogue nations North Korea and Iran make advances in nuclear and ballistic missile production. The cancellation was demanded by Moscow authorities who have adopted a more confrontational posture toward the west.

Solidarity with freedom-loving East Germans has been a staple of the American presidency for nearly 50 years. John Kennedy pronounced himself a Berliner. Ronald Reagan demanded Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev "Tear down this wall!" Yet, this bricks and mortar icon of first, Soviet totalitarianism, and then, second, the end of Soviet domination did not make the cut as Obama chose not to attend the 20th anniversary of the fall of the wall. In the summer of 2008, Obama altogether skipped mentioning the role of the U.S. -- or even the West, for that matter -- in bringing down the wall, instead crediting "a world that stands as one."

Obama's disagreement with American values and institutions is evident in domestic issues. He has stocked his administration with wild-eyed radicals who believe foreign law trumps the U.S. Constitution (Harold Koh); include an avowed Marxist and "truther" who believes George Bush was complicit in the 9/11 attack and is also an ardent supporter of cop-killer Mumia Abu Jamal (Van Jones); and include a devoted admirer of Mao Tse-tung who slaughtered as many as 75 million people (Anita Dunn). (In contrast, George W. Bush's Attorney-General nominee John Ashcroft was savaged by the news media for being an Evangelical Christian.)

Three weeks after America's first black president was sworn in, the nation's first black Attorney-General who was hand-picked by Obama, called America "a nation of cowards" for some perceived race relations shortfall. The understood meaning of Eric Holder's comments is that white people are still racists. However, the reality is the people most preoccupied with fomenting the racial divide are those who populate the ranks of the Obama Administration.

Obama's Homeland Secretary designated military veterans as terrorists-in-waiting to be equally as dangerous as other domestic terrorists including pro-lifers and citizens opposed to the flood of illegal aliens.

One of Obama's very few suggestions to cut into his $1.4 trillion budget deficit was to have servicemen and women pay for their own war injuries. He's all for providing free health care to illegal aliens but believes wounded warriors should foot their own hospital bills. In fact, the Defense Department is about the only sector of government in which Obama has proposed slashing spending.

Hours after a belligerent "African-American Studies" Harvard professor engaged in behavior unbefitting anyone let alone a professional man, Obama accused the exceedingly tolerant Cambridge police officers as having "acted stupidly" and then digressed into how people of color have been unfairly treated by white America.

Bush was prolific in quietly and privately visiting the military wounded and family of the fallen. In contrast, Obama attempted to make political capital of his one visit to Dover Air Force Base. Obama's motives were so transparent that families of 17 of the 18 fallen denied permission for Obama to engage in a photo-op alongside the returning caskets.
In May, Obama immediately issued a statement that he was "shocked and outraged by the murder" of a Kansas doctor specializing in partial-birth abortions. He called it a "heinous act of violence." Attorney-General Holder mobilized U.S. Marshals nationwide to provide protection to abortion clinics.

But Obama remained silent the very next day when two U.S. soldiers were gunned down by a Muslim extremist outside a Little Rock recruiting station. After repeated prodding for a presidential comment, the White House faxed an after-hours statement to select media outlets two days later offering a tepid remark that Obama was "saddened" without even mentioning the soldiers were murdered.

Five months later, another Muslim fanatic gunned down nearly four dozen Americans, killing 13, at the Ft. Hood army base. It was an act that demanded the most serious demeanor of the military's Commander-in-Chief. Yet, Obama referenced the massacre in the most insincere fashion just seconds after a jocular shout-out to an audience member during a public speaking engagement. It was the equivalent of attending a funeral in swimwear while en route to the beach.

The odd inadvertent comment or occasional verbal faux pas can be explained away as just that. However, Obama has a lifetime of comments and actions including 10 months as president that belie his real attitude toward the U.S. The difference between Obama and his immediate predecessors such as Ronald Reagan, the George Bushes and Bill Clinton who actually revere and honor the greatness of America and its citizens and institutions cannot be overstated.

Hypocritical Invertebrate NFL Commissioner Goodell Succumbs to Political Pressure Regarding Rush Limbaugh

Succumbing to predictable political pressure from the far-left including threats from the notorious twin racist demagogues Al Sharpton and Jesse “Hymie Town” Jackson, the weak kneed NFL Commissioner determined that Rush Limbaugh even as a minority owner would not be good for football. Ostensibly, this comment was based on allegations that he has made racist comments more than twenty years ago that no one reputable can verify. For someone so outspoken and who has been on the airwaves for countless years, there should be some recording or verifiable evidence if such comments were spoken. But guess what? They were not and that is why no evidence exists.

The reality is that it is Rush’s conservative political views that these individuals despise so they want to punish him and the race card surely is effective. Realize that if it wasn’t Rush, it could be anyone of us who could be slandered and economically punished because of our political thoughts or positions. It is a vicious, dangerous silencing of dissenting speech that must be countered effectively including legally.

If Roger Goodell were so concerned about the image of the NFL, he shouldn’t have reinstated Michael Vick who brutally tortured and killed dogs bred to fight. Or allowed players who committed numerous major legal infractions or misogynous actions to ever play in the NFL again. But he did and he is a consummate hypocrite!

Write Roger Goodell and give him a piece of your mind. We have to start somewhere. Read the following article for additional outrageous hypocrisy.

Why the Majority of the News Media Should be Ignored and Boycotted

Those Americans who follow more conservative or “balanced” media for their news were well informed of Van Jones, Obama’s “green jobs” czar, including his background and egregious utterances. He wasn’t some low level non-descript player buried within the governmental bureaucracy but rather one of Obama’s handpicked appointees ostensibly to aid in advancing the green movement. Furthermore, he did have some international renown on environmental issues.

We have covered his radical, hateful and racist philosophies in recent postings. He has a long and despicable history of gratuitous racism, vehement black nationalism, and anti-Americanism, is a staunch supporter of communism and is pro-Islamic. His goals also include the spread the wealth philosophy and suppression of individual rights and liberties. The hate mongering that he tries to disseminate is quite similar to that espoused by Reverend Wright.

We find it a total outrage and an abrogation of their responsibilities (though not unexpected) that the broadcast and virtually all of the print media consciously elected to ignore these stories until the last few days. This is a quintessential example of why they are becoming marginalized by a majority of the American public and are in dire financial straits. This includes such purveyors of selective partisan news reporting as CBS, NBC, ABC, the New York Times and the Washington Post.

You can be absolutely sure that if the tables were turned and this was a conservative individual whose only stain was a misinterpreted statement made years ago regarding the KKK, he would have been pilloried in the press from the moment his name became public. The NAACP, ACLU and countless black demagogues would be lining up and issuing disparaging statements and Congressional Democrats would be calling for inquiries.

Since none of these groups, media organizations or politicians could find anything wrong with Van Jones despicable, hateful, racist and anti-American rhetoric, their posture should provide further reasons why they should be marginalized and ignored in the future, not patronized where financial issues are in play, and as for politicians – fight against their re-election.

More Controversy With Obama’s Ex-Czar, Van Jones

(Note : Van Jones resigned his position due to all the controversy on September 6th.)

Another video has surfaced revealing more outrageous and incendiary racist comments made by the radical, hateful, black nationalist Van Jones, Obama’s ex-czar for “green jobs”. In this video, he asserts that only Whites can be involved in mass school shooting such as Columbine whereas a black individual could never possibly and would not perpetrate such a crime. Was anyone asking that particular question? Of course not! This despicable demagogue uncontrollably exudes hate and must be removed from his appointed government position – either by resigning or being fired.

Americans are discerning a pernicious pattern Obama selecting anti-American, radical, and often blatantly racist individuals to occupy positions of power such as the czars do – and are becoming extremely disconcerted. Congressional Republicans are raising concerns about these individuals, calling for investigations of many of the czars and for the resignation or termination of Van Jones. They also have demanded that no additional czars be appointed.

Obama’s “Green Jobs” Czar, Van Jones, is an Avowed Racist, Black Nationalist and Communist

Though Van Jones submitted his resignation yesterday, we still felt that this expose was important enough to post. There has been a consistent pattern of Obama selecting the most radical, hateful, anti-American and often racist individuals for influential government positions that place our rights, freedoms and hard earned wealth in constant jeopardy.

It’s almost with each passing day that another outrageous Obamanation is uncovered, adding to the countless confirmations on the perniciousness that Obama and his cronies, czars, and ideologues represent to the American people. The list of radicals that he had associations with before election was long but well known (some were listed in yesterday’s post). It is impossible for Obama to provide a truthful and rational explanation for chance occurrences of these associations without having a strong affinity with their ideologies which include vehement and vitriolic anti-American and anti-White racism, black nationalism and black liberation theology, communism, and suppression of the rights and freedoms of individuals.

Simply put, OBAMA SUBSCRIBES TO THE SAME HATEFUL AND RACIST PHILOSOPHIES AS THESE RADICALS.

The most recent radical czar to be uncovered is Van Jones, Obama’s selection as the green jobs czar. He has a long and despicable history of gratuitous racism, vehement black nationalism, and anti-Americanism, supports communism and is pro-Islamic. He sounds a lot like the vile "repudiated" Reverend Wright. No wonder Obama chose him! Van Jones' philosophy and background render him dangerous and unqualified to hold this position.

Obama’s Diversity Czar at the FCC Is a Severe Threat to Free Speech

There is a wise adage that goes: “Tell me who your friends are and I will know who you are.” Why are we mentioning it? Because before Obama was elected President, we learned of the many radicals, hate mongerers and anti-American individuals that Obama had associations with, some for a very long time - like Reverend Wright, William Ayers, Sheik Khalid, Saul Alinsky and Bernadine Dohrn. Despite his denials of any inimical influences from these individuals and the liberal press’ staunchly defending his claims, the pattern was irrefutable and damning.

Many conservatives in the media relentlessly and emphatically warned us that these were no chance and brief meetings and that Obama’s disaffirmations were overt audacious lies. He was a far left radical with an anti-American and racist agenda trying to pass himself off as a moderate. Unfortunately, a majority of voters seemed to have largely downplayed this – now to the detriment of our country.

We are seeing many of the manifestations of this radicalism now that Obama is President which he artfully tried to disguise previously. Many of the approximately 44 czars that he has appointed are of the same philosophical ilk – far left, radical, anti-American, racist and even avowed communists. Their positions in power and diversity of areas controlled make them a clear and present danger to the freedom and rights of ALL Americans!

We will be exposing several of these individuals in the future. The first is Mark Lloyd, a disciple of Saul Alinsky and an admirer of Hugo Chavez, who was appointed as the chief diversity officer at the FCC. His philosophy is that free speech is an inconvenience that interferes with governance and need to be rigidly controlled. That includes cable news, talk radio and the internet. He praised Hugo Chavez’s revolution in Venezuela when he clamped down on opposition news sources including radio and TV stations.

Mark Lloyd is a dangerous radical in a position to effect severe restraints of our rights of free speech and diversity of information. He must be exposed and stopped!

Obama and Atty. Gen. Holder Refuse to Divulge Reasons for Dropping Slam Dunk Voter Intimidation Case Against the New Black Panther Party

We reported on July 1st that the Justice Department dropped its voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party without a substantive reason. The civil suit originally was filed in January of this year while Bush was still President and was in response to voter intimidation perpetrated by two members of this Black group wearing paramilitary garb and threatening voters at the entrance to a Philadelphia voting station. In this lawsuit, it was asserted that the New Black Panther Party and three of its members violated the 1965 Voting Rights Act by threatening and intimidating voters with the weapon, uniforms and racial slurs.

Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder who is black, inexplicably dropped the case in May despite the fact that none of the three defendants filed a response to the complaint or even appeared in federal district court in Philadelphia to respond to the suit. Essentially, the case could have been won by the Government by default. Unbelievably, one of the individuals who had charges dismissed against him was a member of Philadelphia's 14th Ward Democratic Committee and a credentialed poll watcher for the Democratic Party.

There has been outrage from many in the community as well as by several Republicans yet Obama and Eric Holder continue to stonewall. Most of the news media never even reported the flagrant intimidation on Election Day and, of course, did not report the dismissal of the case. Not surprising! The ACLU is nowhere to be found. Again, not surprising. They would rather defend the criminals and terrorists.

You don’t imagine that this is reverse racism and that this was dropped because these individuals were black, do you? Nah!! Not Obama and Eric Holder. You can be absolutely sure that if two (White) members of the KKK had perpetrated this intimidation, there would have been a feeding frenzy in the liberal press for months, the scum at the ACLU would have been lining up “poor disenfranchised” black citizens to use as victims of the ruthless “Plantation mentality” subjugation, and Holder’s Justice Department would have sought the most severe penalties possible.

We Are Angry And Don’t Want to Take It Anymore!

Americans are venting their anger and disapproval of Obama’s policies and rhetoric and it is having a significant effect on the political debate, politicians and on other citizens who are beginning to express their concerns. Many voters in the middle of the political spectrum who were not impressed with McCain or were inspired with the aura, vigor and the ostensible freshness of Obama and his promises of “change that you can believe in” and therefore voted for him now feel more than betrayed and duped. Instead of the refreshing, inspired, positive, constructive and “post-racial” President, they now see a narcissistic, condescending, arrogant, hypocritical, elitist and dismissive one who adheres to outdated racial victimization demagoguery, class warfare envy, irresponsible and disingenuous fiscal policies, and immutable radical ideologies.

These inimical personal characteristics and his radical left persuasion should surprise nobody. Despite his outrageous denials of hearing anything offensive in the incendiary, racist, hateful sermons of Reverend Wright, we all know that he heard them and concurred. You don’t attend church weekly for 20 years, have him marry you and your wife, baptize your children, refer to him as an uncle like figure and donate thousands of dollars if you disagreed with his rhetoric. Any person of character and integrity would have picked themselves up and walked right out of that church and never returned after hearing one of those vile sermons . He didn’t! His overtly race based selections (Sotomayor, Eric Holder, Regina Benjamin, czars, etc.) and unwarranted involvement in local “racial” issues (Cambridge police and Afro-American Harvard professor of black studies) patently substantiate his racial bigotry and adherence to such policies.

People are very angry now with what they have seen in less than seven months and feel that it is too important to remain silent. It is imperative that all of us are very vocal in our dissent, using our freedom of free speech to effect the changes that we want, preserve our liberties as well as our hard earned incomes. We must make sure that the government answers to us rather than it impose its will and dictates on us!

White House’s New Healthcare Unreality Website

As part of Obama’s aggressive plan to pass healthcare legislation, the White House has created a website that will it claims will set the record straight on the real truths. Entitled the "Health Insurance Reform Reality Check", it is essentially more of the same: a politically correct racially balanced website that makes specious, unsupportable and partisan claims with the unequivocal intent of continuing the pattern of trying to dupe the American public.

At the very top of the home page is a quote attributed to Obama:

“Whether or not you have health insurance right now, the reforms we seek will bring stability and security that you don’t have today."

"This isn’t about politics. This is about people’s lives. This is about people’s businesses. This is about our future.”

Get real, Arrogance in Chief! This legislation is all about politics. Did you inconveniently forget to mention the affirmative action mandates stealthly contained within the bill? How about the wealth transfers and class warfare intimations. And if it is about people's lives, businesses and our future, why did you attempt to ram this legislation through Congress before the public and probably all members of Congress had a chance to read this gargantuan over one thousand page legislation? Could it be that if they had time to read it they would realize that it would actually be severely harmful to their health?

Speaker of the House Pelosi and the Democrats in Congress have also played gutter politics with Obamanocare. Instead of allowing for constructive discourse and bipartisan input, Pelosi and the Democrats in Congress have prohibited Republican input and have viciously attacked those who are unhappy with the legislation. Those who disagree are called “un-American”, not patriotic, part of a mob, and even Astroturf.

And if this healthcare legislation were truly about people’s lives and businesses it wouldn’t tax individuals to destitution and businesses to oblivion nor would it allow the healthcare that would eventuate to be restricted, rationed and inferior to what is available today.

The one truth in Obama’s statement is that it "is about our future" – a very bleak one health wise and economically, indeed.

More Insight into the Gates-gate Obama Racial Brouhaha

Two people acted responsibly in Gatesgate and did what they were supposed to do. Only one of them got invited to the White House to have a beer with the president and the professor.

More Unfortunate Consequences of Obama’s Racially Charged Statement

Most Americans agreed that Obama had no business interjecting himself into what would probably have been a fairly insignificant local police situation involving the black professor and white police officer in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Instead, this has turned into a major racial story that has had a profound impact on the lives of five individuals, three of which did nothing wrong. The blame for this rests squarely on the two racially divisive individuals who happen to be black, Professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. and President Obama. Despite their offensive behavior, both have deflected blame, refused to take any significant responsibility and neither has offered an apology. This further illustrates the type of individuals that they really are: racist, arrogant, egocentric, irresponsible, and deserving of contempt.

The woman who saw two men breaking into the building called 911 to report what appeared to be a burglary. Though she never made any racially charged statements, she is being attacked by many in the black community as being a racist. It has escalated to the point where her Good Samaritan action has now required her to retain a lawyer.

The white police officer who was dispatched to investigate a possible burglary, Sgt. James Crowley, has a long and distinguished record with the department, specializes in racially related issues and is well liked and respected by his fellow officers, black and white. Following protocol to the letter, he requested that Henry Louis Gates, Jr. show him identification at which point Gates erupted into a tirade and became disorderly. A fellow officer who was with him and who happens to be black supported Crowley’s actions one hundred percent and cited Gates to be the party at fault. Sgt. Crowley’s response has been supported by his police chief who is black, fellow policemen in the department and by police departments around the country. Though simply doing his job professionally and well, Sgt. Crowley has found himself in the national spotlight though has handled it well and has taken the high road. Unfortunately, he has been attacked by demagogues from the black community.

The “black” police officer at the scene, Sgt Leon Lashley, corroborated the events as outlined by Sgt. Crowley, indicating that Professor Gates was completely wrong and at fault. The result of this is that he has become the unfortunate and unwarranted target of a hate campaign from other blacks who are calling him an “Uncle Tom” or a traitor to his heritage for supporting a white person against a black. This is the high price many blacks have to pay for being honest and is a strong indictment against the demagogues, racists and race baiting opportunists in the black community and the existent double standard which needs to be obliterated. The likes of Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan, Jeremiah Wright need to be trivialized – just like the David Dukes of the world.

In a letter sent with Sgt. Crowley to the Beer Summit at the White House, Sgt. Lashley wrote:

One of the major problems stemming from the events of July 16 is that I, now known as 'The Black Sergeant,' have had my image plastered all over the Internet, television, and news papers. Subsequently, I have also become known, at least to some, as an 'Uncle Tom.'"

"Please convey my concerns to the president that Mr. Gates' actions may have caused grave and potentially irreparable harm to the struggle for racial harmony in this country and perhaps throughout the world."

The epicenter of fault of this racial incident is Henry Louis Gates, Jr., a professor of Black Studies at Harvard. As pointed out in a previous post, you would expect that an individual in this position may not be exactly neutral when it comes to race relations and this is surely the case. This individual is a vitriolic racist of long standing who hides behind an academic position hoping to provide him with some protection and legitimacy.

The following video, which will substantiate this, was from a racially charged talk he gave in 1996. A few memorable comments from this included:

"Without affirmative action we would have never been able to integrate racist historically white institutions in American society"

"I taught at Duke for one long painful year, I don't even like the airplane to fly over North Carolina..

“Because of racism I never would have been allowed to compete with white boys and white girls"

After listening to him in this video, there is no doubt where he stands on race issues.

And then there is the Racist in Chief himself, Obama who in an unscripted moment revealed his true colors. Do you really think that he was sleeping and didn't hear anything during his twenty years of attending the sermons of his spiritual guide, the vile and hateful racist and anti-American, Reverend Jeremiah Wright?  If Obama truly didn't believe the rhetoric, he would not have tolerated twenty years worth of this racist hate speech. Furthermore, Obama considers this same Rev. Wright, who married Obama and his wife Michelle, baptized their two daughters and is credited by Obama for the title of his book, "The Audacity of Hope.", to be like an uncle to him.

This church, Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, is vehemently pro-black and supports the racist black value system. It also has revered and honored an individual even more despicable and hateful than Reverend Wright: Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam, who is rabidly anti-White, anti- Semitic and anti-American. What is Obama's assessment of the church? "I don't think my church is actually particularly controversial" Huh?!!!

The following is Reverend Jeremiah Wright in Action:

In his quintessential arrogance, Obama tried to downplay his and Gate’s blame in is this matter by saying that this should be used as a teaching lesson. Well, he may be right (or is it wright?).

First, for those who were not convinced previously that Obama is an unalloyed racist despite all his unsavory associations and actions, this should serve as a wake-up call.

Second, though Obama was elected as the first “post-racial” President, he is in fact, the most racist President. His actions also reveal a President who only supports certain constituents rather than all Americans.

Finally, although racism on all sides will probably never entirely disappear, a vast majority of the so-called incidents are part of the entitlement and victimization mentality which is counter-productive and akin to blackmail. This will continue until mainstream America finally comes to its collective senses, voices its disgust and resolutely denounces these demagogues and provides them no more publicity and coverage.

Thanks, Barack Obama…and Professor Gates…and Reverend Wright…and Jesse Jackson…and…

Obama’s Arrogance, Consolidation of Power, Inexperience and Blind Ideology Spells Disaster for America

Though a majority of Americans either didn’t see or chose to ignore the radicalism, hate, racism, lies and deceptions, disingenuous rhetoric, arrogance and inexperience of Obama prior to the Presidential election, many of these people are coming to their senses now and are horrified at what they see. In fact, many are downright scared or even terrified. In just six months, America’s economic and political systems have metamorphosed by fiat more than any other time in our history. The end result is essentially fascism and socialism with a consolidation of power, reckless expansion of an arrogant government, ubiquitous governmental intrusion, irresponsible foreign policy, onerous taxes, wealth redistribution, class warfare, and laws and actions in direct conflict of our Constitution.

Leading this radical “change you can’t believe is happening” is Obama abetted by the ideologically far-left, filibuster proof Democrat controlled Congress. Speaker of the House Pelosi, the most far left and anti-American politician in Congress, runs the House of Representatives like a dictator and does much of his bidding. America is in deep trouble.

In the following editorial by the renowned economist, philosopher and columnist Thomas Sowell, he explicitly enumerates the many areas of concern that he has about Obama, his policies and the potential for unparalleled disaster in America.

About Obama’s Racially Inflammatory and Irresponsible Comments

It speaks volumes of President Obama’s attitude, agenda, and arrogance when he makes racially incendiary accusations particularly when not even knowing the explicit details of the incident involving the black professor from Harvard, Henry Louis Gates, Jr. Instead of attending to more important issues that affect the nation, he insinuated himself in a local affair in Cambridge, Massachusetts further fanning the flames of racial victimization and stereotypical actions against the “black man”. To top it off, he added this malicious and gratuitous comment in his statement:

“What I think we know separate and apart from this incident -- is that there is a long history in this country of African-Americans and Latinos being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately, and that's just a fact."

Once again, his rhetoric and actions demonstrated why many consider him to act like the President only for special interest, economic and racial groups and not for all Americans.

What is even more damning is that an actor, Bill Cosby, in his reaction to Obama’s initial response (Bill Cosby ’shocked’ at Obama’s statement on Harvard prof’s arrest), sounds more Presidential than the President who comes across as a demagogue in the vein of Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Reverend Wright. With what we have seen over the last 5 months, the country would be better off with the pragmatism, wisdom, humor and sensibilities of Bill Cosby as President versus Obama who has expressed nothing but disdain and disrespect about America, its past and present international history, many of its people, Capitalism and our economy, our healthcare system, overuse of resources, etc.

We think you also ought to know one more important fact about this black professor involved in the incident. Most of the far left news media described him with terms like “a renowned black scholar/professor at Harvard” or “brilliant intellectual” but many did not provide specifics. Was he a Professor of Physics? A Professor of Molecular Biology? Of even a Professor of Music? No! He was director of Harvard's W.E.B. Du Bois Institute for African and African American Research. In essence, a Professor of Black Studies. Not to derogate this subject or his work or even assume a stereotype, but many times individuals who become intensely involved in cultural areas such as Black Studies are not going to be non-committal and impassive in certain settings. This is a nice way of saying he probably already had an axe to grind, an agenda, a racial chip on his shoulder which appears to be confirmed from some past history.

Supporters of Sonia Sotomayor Seek to Discredit and Destroy Firefighter Ricci Who Won Reverse Discrimination Case in the Supreme Court

The brutal intolerance and inexorable vicious personal attacks orchestrated by the liberal media and far left zealots against those who hold different opinions has reached a new low in civility. These attacks are ruthless, classless, abhorrent and know no limits and they must be stopped. Wanton vitriolic articles and on-air commentary by news people should be quashed by their superiors but they are not. Why is it not being done? The reason is because this reprehensible attitude pervades virtually all levels of most of the media and the attacks are supported and encouraged.
We are not talking just about relentless ad hominem attacks against public figures like George Bush, Dick Cheney, Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin or even Joe Arpaio (America’s Sheriff). What about the average private citizen like Joe Wurzelbacher (aka Joe the Plumber) who just happened to ask Obama a great and innocuous question during the Presidential campaign that exposed inconsistencies in Obama’s rhetoric? The far left then unleashed vicious personal attacks against him and conducted unwarranted and illegal investigations including on tax and other issues which were then made public. Some of this was perpetrated by government employees who were never charged for their crimes.
Another example is Carrie Prejean, Miss California 2009, who was asked about gay marriage during the Miss America contest by the hateful radical gay activist Perez Hilton. He did not like her answer which happened to be very tolerant and then proceeded to rip her to shreds including on ranting internet posts. Much of the far left piled on as well, trying to discredit her with a relentless smear campaign. By the way, where were the “women’s” groups who claim that they are the defenders of the women’s rights? They only defend women who support far left view points.
Now word is out that the new target is Frank Ricci of Ricci vs. The City of New Haven fame, whose appeal was rejected by Sonia Sotamayor of the 2nd District Court of Appeals whose decision was then overturned by the Supreme Court. These attacks on private American citizens are intolerable and we must unite and fight them aggressively and take action against these groups and individuals which also includes boycotting.

Just How Fast Can Obama Destroy What is Left of America’s Economy, Wealth and Liberties?

If you are watching closely, you will see that Obama is playing a very shrewd but lethal game with America’s political, economic and social systems. His ideological objectives clearly are to rapidly transform a free and capitalistic system where the individual is empowered to a socialistic system with government control of wealth, the economy and power and where the individual is reduced to dependency with limited liberties.
Americans who want to protect their freedoms and rights and not be taxed oppressively and controlled by an ever expanding, intrusive, intolerant, and power hungry government will find that we have the worst possible scenario now. It is the perfect storm for this radical transformation of America. With a far left socialist/Marxist President Obama, far left and rhetorically anti-American Speaker of the House in Pelosi, overwhelming filibuster proof Democratic majorities in Congress and a sycophantic, cheerleading press that fervently supports this radical ideology, preventing this bloodless coup will be a formidable task but IT MUST BE DONE!!
By their actions and attitudes Congress is essentially saying “to hell with the American public”. In a period of a few weeks, they are attempting to ram the massive Cap and Trade Bill and government takeover of the healthcare system down the throats of Americans as well as confirm the avowed ethnic-centric Sonia Sotomayor as a Supreme Court justice. The Cap and Trade Bill which would impose the largest tax increase in the world and be excruciatingly onerous to the individual American taxpayer as well as for private industry. It would precipitate a plummeting of the quality of life and the standard of living. With unrestrained arrogance that has become the trademark of the Democrat controlled Congress, the bill was rapidly passed in the House of Representatives with little discussion and with no one actually having read the bill themselves. They ignored the general public’s sentiment and did not make the bill available for citizens to read. Why the hurry and scare tactics? Because if Americans had enough time to read and evaluate the bill, they would vehemently oppose it.
While this is still on the burner with tens of trillions of dollars at risk, our attention is diverted to the Sotamayor confirmation hearings this week. The outcome of these hearings may affect the legal landscape in this country for decades.
With all this and more transpiring, Obama has revealed  that he wants to ram his massively bankrupting, tax sucking, inchoate healthcare bill through Congress starting next week. BAM! BAM! BAM! We are getting clobbered from every direction yet few people are paying attention. By the time most Americans wake up, turn off their iPods and get off their cell phones, it will be too late! America as we knew it will have been stolen away from us but we will still be burdened with the debt of tens of trillions of dollars. Our rights, freedoms and liberties will have been severely curtailed and we will have to wait interminably to possibly obtain the inferior healthcare that will be prevalent provided that our medical issue isn’t on the government’s “too expensive to treat” list.

Republicans Must Expose Sotamayor as the Racist That She is and Not Just Throw in the Towel

In the recent history of these confirmation hearings, the Democrats have monolithically voted for the appointees if they were liberal and against if they were of conservative ideology – and aggressively and relentlessly challenged them. The Republican Senators have been far too gracious and derelict of their responsibilities, essentially mailing it in and accepting candidates that should have undergone far more rigorous questioning. Unfortunately, it appears that history is repeating itself again. This should rightfully enrage the countless conservatives who are placing their dwindling hopes that Sotomayor can be exposed for the racially divisive jurist that she has so patently demonstrated in the past and have her confirmation blocked. Republican Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama has taken his responsibilities seriously and should be lauded whereas Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina initial comments to her that confirmation was inevitable essentially removed virtually all of the pressure off her.

Sotomayor Confirmation Hearings Being Held in the Senate This Week – Take Action!

Americans who want to preserve what freedoms and liberties we still have need to contact their Senators on both sides of the aisle regarding the Sotomayor confirmation hearings which are being conducted this week. Her confirmation, a lifetime appointment, would impose her abominable misguided “empathetic” legal input and judgments on the lives of hundreds of millions of Americans for decades! Her long dismal track record speaks for itself – someone who consistently considers race, sex, etc. as highly influential factors when she adjudicates thereby ascribing more legal rights to these individuals than to others. As we noted before, this is a clear violation of the Fourteenth Amendment where all Americans are mandated to have equal protection before the law. There is no legal authority for “oppressed” or privileged minority groups.
Whatever she reveals in her testimony before the Senate will be just plain expedient, hollow rhetoric. She stated that "Many Senators have asked me about my judicial philosophy. It is simple: fidelity to the law. The task of a judge is not to make the law - it is to apply the law." Her previous writings, judgments and statements even captured on video belie these comments, instead showing a racist, manipulative and intellectually dishonest arbiter. Just review her most recent case that was overturned by the Supreme Court, Ricci vs. The City of New Haven to understand the dangers to freedoms, liberties and impartial justice that she represents. This was the fourth out of her six cases that the Supreme Court has reversed – an ignominious record.

The following video captures Sotomayor's comments on judicial activism that contradicts her testimony given today before the Senate. Read between this lines of her comments.

Dinner With Obama — An Insightful Parable With a Call to Action

The agenda that Obama and the Congressional Democrats want to impose on the American people is replete with items that will satiate their far left ideological wish list. If implemented, the consequences would be far more destructive than anything that this nation has faced in the past. Their proposals and legislation would cause severe, possibly irreparable harm to all facets of our existence such as our rights and freedoms, finances, wealth accumulation, and even education. We are witnessing relentless attacks on hard working, productive and motivated Americans with one bill after another seeking to levy high and punitive taxes then redistributing the money to those who are unproductive, unmotivated and loudly voice their entitlement mantra. Their rhetoric is intended to engendering class warfare in order to be able to pass imprudent reckless legislation.  Penalizing the productive and rewarding the lazy is not the American way. Affirmative action and empathetic judicial decisions favoring specific chosen groups rather than allowing decisions to be based solely on ability, attitude and effort further erode our rights and the tenet of equality for all.
What are some of these bills, issues or newly passed laws? The pork laden, almost $800 billion dollar tax wasting stimulus bill which has been entirely ineffective as even noted by Biden and others in the Administration. Then there is the multi-trillion dollar plan for the government takeover of the healthcare sector which would not only bankrupt this country but also result in severe rationing of care, long wait times even if care was available, and plummeting of the quality of care. The Cap and Trade Bill is the largest, most oppressive tax increase in the history of the world.
These are just for starters. Then we have the issue of Supreme Court Justice nominee Sonia Sotamayor of “ethnic empathy” fame who has had four of her six case rulings in the U.S. Appeals Court overturned by the Supreme Court. Not very good record! And the government’s heavy handed takeover and edicts regarding GM and illegal mandates as regarding the disposition of Chrysler…
We must stop this insanity, this profligate, irresponsible and inexorable spending and borrowing that will encumber this country for generations, severely reduce the standard of living and place us at the mercy of countries like China who do not have our interests at heart. The Government’s actions will also noticeably curtail our liberties, rights and freedoms.
The following parable written by an anonymous author, illustrates the importance of aggressive, effective and vocal opposition to the agenda of Obama and the Pelosi led far left Democrats of Congress.

Dinner With Obama - A Parable

Once upon a time, I was invited to the White House for a private dinner with the President. I am a respected businessman, with a factory that produces memory chips for computers and portable electronics. There was some talk that my industry was being scrutinized by the administration, but I paid it no mind. I live in a free country. There's nothing that the government can do to me if I've broken no laws. My wealth was earned honestly, and an invitation to dinner with an American President is an honor.

I checked my coat, was greeted by the Chief of Staff, and joined the President in a yellow dining room. We sat across from each other at a table draped in white linen. The Great Seal was embossed on the china. Uniformed staff served our dinner.

The meal was served, and I was startled when my waiter suddenly reached out, plucked a dinner roll off my plate, and began nibbling it as he walked back to the kitchen.

"Sorry about that," said the President. "Andrew is very hungry."

"I don't appreciate..." I began, but as I looked into the calm brown eyes across from me, I felt immediately guilty and petty. It was just a dinner roll. "Of course," I concluded, and reached for my glass. Before I could, however, another waiter reached forward, took the glass away and swallowed the wine in a single gulp.

"And his brother, Eric, is very thirsty." said the President.

I didn't say anything. The President is testing my compassion, I thought. I will play along. I don't want to seem unkind.

My plate was whisked away before I had tasted a bite.

"Eric's children are also quite hungry."

With a lurch, I crashed to the floor. My chair had been pulled out from under me. I stood, brushing myself off angrily, and watched as it was carried from the room.

"And their grandmother can't stand for long."

I excused myself, smiling outwardly, but inside feeling like a fool. Obviously I had been invited to the White House to be sport for some game. I reached for my coat, to find that it had been taken. I turned back to the President.

"Their grandfather doesn't like the cold."

I wanted to shout, "that was my coat!" But again, I looked at the placid smiling face of my host and decided I was being a poor sport. I spread my hands helplessly and chuckled.

Then I felt my hip pocket and realized my wallet was gone. I excused myself and walked to a phone on an elegant side table. I learned shortly that my credit cards had been maxed out, my bank accounts emptied, my retirement and equity portfolios had vanished, and my wife had been thrown out of our home. Apparently, the waiters and their families were moving in. The President hadn't moved or spoken as I learned all this, but finally I lowered the phone into its cradle and turned to face him.

"Andrew's whole family has made bad financial decisions. They haven't planned for retirement, and they need a house. They recently defaulted on a subprime mortgage. I told them they could have your home. They need it more than you do."

My hands were shaking. I felt faint. I stumbled back to the table and knelt on the floor. The President cheerfully cut his meat, ate his steak, and drank his wine. I lowered my eyes and stared at the small gray circles on the tablecloth that were water drops.

"By the way," He added, "I have just signed an Executive Order nationalizing your factories. I'm firing you as head of your business. I'll be operating the firm now for the benefit of all mankind. There's a whole bunch of Erics and Andrews out there and they can't come to you for jobs groveling like beggars."

I looked up. The President dropped his spoon into the empty ramekin which had been his crème Brule. He drained the last drops of his wine.

As the table was cleared, he lit a cigarette and leaned back in his chair. He stared at me. I clung to the edge of the table as if were a ledge, and I were a man hanging over an abyss. I thought of the years behind me, of the life I had lived. The life I had earned with a lifetime of work, risk and struggle. Why was I punished? How had I allowed it to be taken? What game had I played and lost? I looked across the table and noticed with some surprise that there was no game board between us.

What had I done wrong?

As if answering the unspoken thought, the President suddenly cocked his head, locked his empty eyes to mine, and bared a million teeth, chuckling wryly as he folded his hands…"You should have stopped me at the dinner roll," he said.

Yes, we need to unite and fight these changes now. We must be relentless. Call, write or e-mail your representatives NOW and OFTEN.

Hate Crime Laws and Unintended Consequences

The Fourteenth Amendment mandates that all Americans in this country have the same legal rights and no one is more equal than anyone else. Increasingly, this stipulation is being ignored by the infusion of socialist ideology and “empathy” for certain “victimized” groups into our laws that ironically will give them more rights than other Americans. Affirmative action is certainly the poster child of this but the expansion of federal hate crime laws certainly threatens further erode the protections of the Fourteenth Amendment.
Excerpting from the article below: “As it stands, the bill criminalizes any violent act perpetrated against someone because of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.” Let’s look at the real world consequences of this bill as currently. A White man is beaten by a Black man. The Black man will be charged with assault as under current laws. Now let’s reverse this. A Black man (protected group) is beaten by a White man. Now, not only will the White man be charged with assault but he will also be federally charged with a hate crime.
This same asymmetry of rights is present in other scenarios – just select the protected group. A lesbian attacking a straight female will only be charged with assault but a heterosexual male attacking a gay man not only will be charged with assault but also a hate crime! Though the intentions of the law might have been noble, the unintended consequences on other people’s rights are not. This law should not see the light of day!

Jamie Foxx is a Blatant Racist Who Should be Economically Punished With a Boycott

We deplore racism no matter what form or towards which group it is directed. Since Obama’s election, there has been a proliferation of racist sentiment spewing from the black community and directed towards other racial groups, particularly Whites. It is as if they see this intolerable behavior as their right in victory akin to the destructive celebrations that transpire following basketball championships such as with the Lakers this year.
This behavior is reprehensible and must be punished and stopped. Appallingly though not surprisingly, Obama and the far left news media have been irresponsibly and abjectly silent on the matter. They surely would not condone it if the KKK or other white-supremacist groups issued vile racist comments.
The most recent high profile racist vitriol can be claimed by Jamie Foxx who is a repeat offender. The videos below display two separate incidents which patently reveal his hateful, despicable racist character. The first one is an excerpt of his comments after the death of Michael Jackson. There is no spin here, no “taken out of context”. Jamie Foxx is a blatant RACIST whose behavior should be punished. We therefore strongly recommend that you BOYCOTT his movies and any events in which he participates in as well as refrain from purchasing any products from which he collects royalties such as DVD’s.
Jamie Foxx is officially added to our Boycott list.

Correct Supreme Court Ruling in Favor of Ricci and Firefighters vs. City of New Haven by only a 5 to 4 Margin is Concerning

Yesterday in our post, we cheered the Supreme Court correct verdict in favor of Ricci and the Firefighters versus the City of New Haven. We also noted that this case was unequivocally a blatant and abhorrent example of reverse discrimination in order to allow the city of New Haven to realize greater ethnic “diversity” in its member firefighters. It egregiously abridged the rights of a group of individuals (largely White) who were more qualified and scored better on the test but did not have the correct ethnicity yet was overturned by only a 5 to 4 margin. We may not be so lucky in the future if Sonia Sotomayor, Obama’s pick for the Supreme Court justice vacancy and whose decision the Supreme Court overturned, is confirmed. Her decisions, opinions, speeches and background are replete with “ethnic empathy” where some people (specific minority groups) have and will be afforded more rights and leeway than others.

Civil Case of Voter Intimidation Against the Hate Group “New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense” is Mysteriously and Shockingly Dropped

You may remember pictures and video from the Presidential Election Day where armed, imposing brawny members of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense illegally were positioned within 8 to 15 feet of a polling place with the explicit purpose of voter intimidation. They had menacingly pointed their weapons at some individuals and overtly emphasized their firepower to others. These two individuals who you might expect to see at a large drug deal in South Chicago or Gary, Indiana were part of a plan for widespread voter intimidation by this group.
The New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense is a supremacist, militant, racist hate-mongering group comprised of blacks. Although the media won’t call them on it, they are essentially a domestic terrorist group of blacks. Furthermore, you probably weren’t even aware of this voter intimidation unless you were watching FOX News. The rest of the news media ignored this egregious occurrence because it involved members of its “protected” constituency – blacks.
As a consequence of this illegal intimidation, charges were filed by the Bush Administration. Without any explanation whatsoever and with the blessing of President Obama, the radical far-left Attorney General Eric Holder who also happens to be black and the Justice Department shockingly elected to drop civil charges and not pursue a criminal indictment against these individuals or the hate group itself.
Imagine the outrage that we would have heard for weeks or months if, instead, intimidation at these voting centers were perpetrated by fully uniformed and armed white supremacists or even some lesser white hate groups. You could be sure that there would be several extremely thorough investigations which would be covered relentlessly by the news media. There would be frequent sound bites from Obama and Eric Holder, as well as by Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Reverend Wright and others of that hateful ilk.
Who is protecting the rights and the well-being of the average American? Surely not Obama or his Attorney General, Eric Holder!

Supreme Court Overturns Sotomayor’s and 2nd U.S. Court of Appeals Decision That Supported Reverse Racism to Implement Diversity Policies

The Supreme Court by a 5 to 4 margin overturned the decision of the 2nd U.S. Court of Appeals that Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotamayor rendered and that went against Ricci and the White firefighters in their case versus the City of New Haven. In the surprisingly close ruling, the Supreme Court indicated that these firefighters were unfairly denied promotions because of their race (reverse discrimination) in order for the city of New Haven to implement their diversity plan.
Though the decision was anticipated, what we find shocking is that the vote was only 5 to 4 to reverse the Court of Appeals judgment in a case that was patently was blatantly reverse discrimination by any criteria. This case and the razor thin margin should serve as a clarion call regarding the importance of vehemently opposing the nomination of Sonia Sotomayor. A similar case like this in the future could go the opposite way resulting in the discriminatory abridgement of our rights thus attributing greater inherent rights and equalities to some favored groups or individuals versus others.
Contact your representatives and voice your opposition to Sotomayor being confirmed!
